I purchased an item that arrived late, the color of the product was not the same as the image online. Emailed customer service several times with no response. When I finally did get a hold of a customer service rep by telephone, he was rude, abrupt and frankly shouldn't be answering any service related calls. Although the item was not what was presented online, the customer has to pay a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. I make hundreds of business purchases a year and will never buy any medical supplies from this distributor. Colossal waste of time and energy. read more

My first order with this company was $10k and approximately $3k of it were refrigerated items needed for our lab. Items were received hot with a broken styrofoam container, items were compromised so were unusable. Company refused to refund or replace items, even after involving the manufacturer. Beware, I would discourage anyone from doing business with Medical Device Depot, they do not stand by their products and they do not value their customers. Nothing but regrets. read more

Disappointing. Placed order online and card was charged. Product was never shipped. The worse is zero response to multiple emails asking for status, tracking. I asked to cancel, no response. I had to contact my CC company to get charges reversed. Seems like it might be a scam site. read more

If you are a healthcare professional looking to purchase medical equipment, I would strongly recommend that you use another company. Matt Berens, the Director of Sales, for Medical Device Depot (Advance Clinical Products) promised me the world when I was interested in purchasing a Vital Scan device, but did not want to hear from me once there were problems with the system! In addition, the CEO of the company and Customer Service refused to respond to my emails, prompting me to file a case with the Better Business Bureau. Below is the experience that I had with the medical device that was sold to me by Medical Device Depot on 11/1/16. I purchased a Vital Scan Device from Medical Device Depot (Advanced Clinical Products) on 11/1/16, that contained software designed by Medeia Inc, and cost $22,000. The software was riddled with problems, typographical errors and was programmed with pop-ups every few months, requiring the software to be re-registered with Medeia Inc. - otherwise the software would automatically turn off. The program turned off a few times, while I had patients waiting for the test! Registration requires calling the head of the company, Dr. S. Danev in California. Dr. Danev is mentally unstable and if you mention that there is a problem with the software, he will yell at you and hang up. In 2018, Medeia Inc upgraded the software and stated that they would no longer support the original software. Unfortunately, the new software that I was forced to use, was not compatible with the blood pressure machine that came with the system. In addition, the sudomotor program on the new software was unreliable and half the time no results were generated for the foot electrodes. I was forced to except the uppgraded software prior to the expiration of my warranty. I was informed that if I wanted the software to give blood pressure readings, I would have to upgrade the system for $13,500!! The upgrade essentially rendered my $22,000 system useless. In 12/2019, Matt Berens stated that I could keep both the old and new software and he helped my office manager download it on a new laptop, that I had purchased. He promised that all the pop-ups would be removed and I would be allowed unrestricted access to the software. In 1/2020, the pop-up requiring re-registration once again, appeared on both programs. Matt instructed me to ignore them. By 7/2020, both programs had automatically turned off. Matt and his company refused to return my calls, texts and emails! I begged Medeia Inc. to allow me to continue to use the old software, but this was denied. I believe the actions of Medeia Inc are unethical and illegal and need to be investigated. I have since filed a case with the Better Business Bureau. I cannot believe that Medical Device Depot (Advanced Clinical Products) will not stand behind their products and support their healthcare professionals. In addition, I am shocked that they would make promises that they had no intention of keeping! read more

I've been using a stethoscope for 27 years + now, and have tried several brands of stethoscopes throughout the years. I currently have a functional basic Littman in my locker, but I wanted to see how the Proscope 660 would stand up to my Littman. I've been using the Proscope for about 2 weeks now, and wow, I can hear just great with it! I've used it to do assessments and take vital signs with it, and the sounds are so clear with it! It is also lightweight, and doesn't make me feel like I've got a heavy hose about my neck. The 660 series has a nurse style chest piece which is suited for taking blood pressures. I had to assemble it from the box, and it really wasn't a problem. You have two choices for the ear pieces, and I currently have the black hard ones on it right now. The diaphragm and rim (the rim doesn't have any metal exposed so it's a non-chill kind)help to improve what you hear out of it! It's phthalate-free and the PVC Y-tubing comes in up to 21 colors. I was truly impressed by it, and it is definitely the choice stethoscope which I'm going to continue to wear after my review of it! For more information and to purchase one, stop by ADC. this company was horrible to work with. They set up delivery to the wrong address. we had to hunt it down. then it was damaged when opened. the whole time with their customer service was absolutely horrible. did not care one bit. basically told us oh well. then when the second one came. they again went to the wrong place. then when corrected refused to bring it in our office. once again customer service was like too bad. oh well. so in the end it took about 3 months to get our recovery bed. damaged first delivery. wrong delivery address both times. and customer service who basically did not care whatsoever. never again would I do business with them read more

I have now purchased several products for Medical Device Depot via Amazon. I have been nothing but satisfied with their customer support, and quality of their products. I own the Easy@Home Digital Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor, and the Easy@Home Fingertip Pulse Oximeter and from quality stand point they are very well made. I will soon purchase the Wireless Digital Video Baby Monitor, if the quality is anything like the other 2 products that I own, I am sure that I will be happy. Overall this company has answered several questions that I have had via email and have been nothing but friendly, honest-- these are both things that that I appreciate in a company.
