They eventually put me on a waiting list and texted me about an hour later, but by then I had already left. I understand Saturdays can be busy, but the solution should be a better workflow...not moving or canceling patients who made appointments. I also had issues with the check-in system because my appointment had been removed, and I was told the blood work would be billed as a sick visit even though the prescription was associated with a physical. Based on my experience working in insurance, this raised serious concerns about whether the billing was being handled correctly. Overall, the staff may be dealing with a high volume of patients, but that shouldn't come at the expense of people who took the time to schedule appointments. I would not recommend this location unless they significantly improve their scheduling, workflow, and billing practices.

I was having surgery on this Tuesday, which is the 23rd. my blood was drawn on the 19th. My blood work is missing. I can't imagine telling you what I went through with my doctors offices trying to find my blood work, lost it and if it wasn't for the kindness of my physician, I wouldn't be having a surgery. This is day 6 and my arm is still swollen, tender and black and blue from my elbow to my wrist. I am not a person who bruises easily. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
