Instead of honoring my appointment, they canceled it and told me I could wait as a walk-in. This was never communicated to me beforehand, so I drove there expecting to be seen at 7 AM only to have their scheduling issues become my problem. They eventually put me on a waiting list and texted me about an hour later, but by then I had already left. I understand Saturdays can be busy, but the solution should be a better workflow...not moving or canceling patients who made appointments. I also had issues with the check-in system because my appointment had been removed, and I was told the blood work would be billed as a sick visit even though the prescription was associated with a physical. Based on my experience working in insurance, this raised serious concerns about whether the billing was being handled correctly. Overall, the staff may be dealing with a high volume of patients, but that shouldn't come at the expense of people who took the time to schedule appointments. I would not recommend this location unless they significantly improve their scheduling, workflow, and billing practices.

She is so considerate of the person on the other end of the call without losing track of the people waiting to have a test done.
