Interesting how everyone is complaining about the parking lot. They insisted I leave my vehicle unlocked with keys inside the vehicle due to their crazy layout. What!!?? How is this even a thing. Anyone can walk into this lot, check some door handles and drive off with your car. I told him that exactly and he just said "no one will steal your car" how was he sure of this? Well I did not leave my vehicle unlocked or the keys in my car just because that would have been crazy. The other reason why I hate this parking and won't ever use it again is because a sign as you drive up stated a $5 flat rate fee which was probably the cheapest around. I started doing my externship to hire here I have struggled to find parking! I had an altercation with a guy who is apparently the manager. He was very violent insisted I move my car even though I payed and was yelling at me harassed me followed me all the way up to my doctors office and complained about me all because I parked wrongly in a spot. If there was an option for zero stars I would certainly give that. As noted by countless others, the parking is terrible. Not to say that there isn't parking- but rather the parking staff, SPECIFICALLY SERGIO is terrible. I had equipment in my vehicle (husband is in law enforcement) and I could not turn the keys in. I mentioned that I would be happy to park the vehicle myself somewhere farther, etc. but that I was unable to leave my keys for a tandem spot. He INSISTED that there was NO other way and DEMANDED that I move my car because there was someone behind me.... HOWEVER no sooner did I pull forward to try and hover and wait for someone else to leave did I see him gladly accommodate a man in THE VERY VEHICLE BEHIND ME who requested not to leave his keys!!!! WTF ?!?! I don't know whether he is just a chauvinist and plays favorites towards men, or whether I just wasn't attractive enough for him, regardless his behavior was disgusting. Upon leaving the garage to head up the elevator I questioned him as to why he told me that there was nowhere I could park without leaving my keys and he just blatantly said "Go, Go to your doctor" .... @$$&013 OH and the other kid that works there that moves that cars, was climbing in and out of a vehicle through the window, I sure hope it was his car--- because I would be pissed if someone was climbing all over my seats and scratching my car to get in and out this way (another reason why I would never leave my keys here) It is unfortunate that so many people have had similar unpleasant experiences because I love my doctor!!! read more

This Complaint goes out to The supposedly parking "manager" SERGiO PEREZ!! The most terrifying, uneducated, inconsiderate, unprofessional individual that obviously has NOT been removed from his position due to his continuing behavior! After reading all of these complaints about him I am disgusted that his BOSS has not considered disciplining him or the least moving him to a different location. This morning my fiancé had an appointment with our daughter for her physical. I was on the phone the whole time with my fiancé while the incident occurred where they prevented my fiancé from parking because he had no mask, mind you not once did the lady consider that he may have one and letting him park as he was concerned he was running late and the possibility of loosing our appointment which by the way he explained to her. My fiancé asked to speak to her supervisor or give him a phone number where he can make a complaint, the rude lady gave him a phone number and proceeded to call SERGIO who is supposedly the manager. SERGIO not once gave my fiancé a chance to explain himself but rather insult him and raise his voice while our daughter listened and started to cry due to it! Sergio delayed my fiancé from taking our daughter to her doctors appointment. As my fiancé asked to speak to his boss he denied to give my fiancé further information. I asked my fiancé to give me the phone number that was given to him, I called and Sergio answered and when I gave him my peace of mind and asked him to give me his boss information he then hung up on me. I called again and spoke to " Claudia" another individual that instead of hearing me out she instead resided to his ugly behavior! Claudia I hope you are reading this too! Because of you and not bringing all these concerns to higher management you are helping this stupidity continue! You asked me what am I getting out of this? What kind of question is that when you yourself know the lack of respect that is going on! People have the right to complain and be heard! We don't go to your parking structure to get something out of it! We go due to necessity and while we go some of us go in a hurry or even possibly sick and to have a heinous, monstrous human being there to waist our time and energy is very frustrating!!! Worst parking garage. Escape this place. The staff was awful, awful, and awful, especially Fidel. This was my first time here and hopefully the last one. When I came he did not tell me to leave keys, and said to park somewhere there. He did not mention it even when I was passing next to him keys in my hand. Then I understood that he was doing this on purpose to charge for violation. And I saw multiple papers in his hands to put on cars. So in this way he is doing a business charging customers for violation. He knows that small printed paper attached there will stay unnoticeable for people and he can make money on them. When I returned after 10 mins he said I blocked someone and this is why I am being charged. I checked with the owner of the "blocked car", he said he wasn't going to leave and will stay there longer. There was no complain regarding blocking. Fidel was as rude as possible, the worst experience I ever had. Will never return here again. Please keep away from this parking place. read more

At 10:55am on February 23rd 2017, I attempted to park in the garage. I had driven around the block for 30 minutes trying to find alternate parking. With an 11am appointment, I had run out of options. In 2014, my car was dented while I was at my doctor's appointment. At that time, the attendant refused to even discuss it with me. My phone calls to ask someone to look at the security footage were completely ignored. If I hadn't been in severe pain on 2/23 and headed to an urgent doctor's appointment, I would have opted to park at one of the farther lots. I pulled into the garage, took a ticket, and looked for a spot. I realized that I had passed the Patient spots and I didn't want to park in a Staff space. I thought that I could loop around, given the layout of the garage. When I saw orange cones blocking the way, though, I decided to turn around at the gate. I did not see the attendant. When I stopped at the driveway and signaled to turn left, I was looking to do a U-Turn. The attendant ran up and banged on the side of my car. I lowered the window, "I'm trying to turn around. Is that okay? I didn't see you to move the cones." He yelled "Give the ticket now!" I said "Can I just turn around and swap the tickets?" He yelled louder, and pounded my car with his fist, "Give the the ticket NOW or I call the cops!" I said "What is wrong with you, why are you such a bully?" He said "You are what is wrong, you bitch!" I said "You are just the worst." He screamed "Fuck you, you bitch motherf*cker! Get out of here, you c*nt motherf*cker! I'll call the cops on you!" He then reached through my open window and grabbed at me. He was swiping to grab at the ticket in my hand, which I was holding in front of my chest, and I was terrified he was reaching in to hit me. The ticket tore when he pulled at it, I drove away. I called my doctor's office and explained what happened. Eventually, I found street parking. My doctor and his staff were appalled when I told them how the parking attendant had screamed, cursed, and lashed out, and threatened me. Dr. Rabin suggested that I reach out to Sergio as well as the building ownership to report this behavior. Sergio did not respond to my two phone calls, but did answer his phone at 8:40 am Friday 2/24/17. He refused to give me the name of the employee, he refused to give me the mailing address for the building management. He offered no apology and kept saying "you were running away, what else should he do? What else did you do to make him mad?" And this is my favorite "But he didn't, ACTUALLY hit you, though." I informed him that he is required to not delete surveillance footage as soon as he informed of pending litigation. I explained that, if they terminate this employee, I will not pursue any legal remedy. If they continue to ignore my complaints and the complaints of many other patients, I will pursue legal action. I am requesting that building management terminate this employee and provide documentation that they have done so. This is a medical building and people who are ill don't always have a choice to simply take their business elsewhere. Several patients I am in contact with tell me they've called the building to complain, one even sent a letter through FedEx and received no response. There are multiple complaints about this man's aggressive, threatening, and abusive behavior. read more

Parked in disabled spot at 4:21 pm i was charged $2.55 up front and was treated like a burden. They continued to clean bins as a result they sprayed something I accidentally inhaled. No inquiry at all if I was ok. This is the forth time parking here each time I have been treated like I was bothering them. Avoid this lot if at all possible. I guess they didn't like me questioning why they were charging upfront in stead after and why the fee amount was covered and no new amount posted. I now have a small dent in my fender that was not there when I parked. Good thing I don't need to come back. I will avoid doctors in these buildings. read more

today 8/5/ 2021 i expirienced a very ugly/unprofessinal situation with these 3 parking attendents at the plaza. further more when asked to speak with a suppervisor i was introduced to a man by the name of SERGIO PEREZ (name i was given) which is were things got more intense. this individual refused to give me his boss or hire-ies information so that i could make a complain about there unprofesionalism. they actually put my daughter thru distress due to the tone of voice he was using towards me. at one point i told mr sirgio i was late to my DAUGHTRS appointment and i was told to leave if i didnt like his services. all because i didnt have a mask on TO JUST PARK MY CAR!! no where does it say that you need a mask on to PARK YOUR CAR.all this i hope was caught on video so that i CAN BE HEARD.i felt very threaten by these 3 emploies who were trying to refuse me a parking. if anyone else has had this problem please lead me in the right direction so that these individuals are repramended for there actions.. we need better service and to be respected.i need there corp number to make a writen complain so that it could be documented in there files for there future emplyment. WE DONT NEED PEOPLE LIKE MR SERGIO PEREZ TO handle situations in which he has NO composure of.again please let this be heard to the main extent. read more
