I checked out the burritos that they had and found they didn't have my favorite (green chile & cheese) out. I asked them about it and they said they hadn't made them yet...but offered to make them for me fresh! Wow..so nice! The staff were so helpful. We got into discussion and I let them know I tried both the original burritos and the green chile and cheese and I liked the latter much more. I asked them what was their favorite and they told me to try the actual chimi (the shredded beef and beans one)! Next time I will try that! This store had the best staff! The store was busy at times, but the staff were polite and friendly. They were courteous to all customer types that came in. I applauded them for that!

Boy was out....sitting behind the counter just bent over passed out..Not a good luck for any establishment to have employees passed out like that....The other dude working was clearly annoyed but didn't say anything to him(not that it would have helped). Totally not fair for that guy to have to do two peoples jobs at once. I know the trials of hiring employees, but wanted to make sure you guys knew about the dude just passed out behind the register so you can fire him and replace him.

This time, I got a combo deal of 2 beef & beans burritos and a fountain soda for $7. Thought I'd give this place a chance since I'm new, but not it's not great. I was late and called…read morethe phone number to this location and was promoted by the voice to go for the text messaging feature, so I mentioned in the text my name and I'd be late and was told there's a grace period. I signed in and was told they weren't notified and had to reschedule - for 2 months... They do not get notifications from the text messaging system, I was told. I feel like no other options were offered other than going to another location or going to urgent care to get my meds refilled, and there's policies on this - or maybe the front desk doesn't know other solutions. DCPC, please review your help solutions. My previous primary would have not done this, as I've been offered by them to wait to see if there's a cancellation. I took the rebook but unsure about it, or maybe go back to virtual visits.
