He was very transparent on what he was going to do and how important each device played in my life. Cheaper than the chain competitors and way more attention to details! They did a great job fixing my daughter's phone. From the moment I called they were very friendly and professional. I decided on taking the phone here after checking with several other places. Very friendly staff in the store, and since they had to order the part for our phone, they kept me updated regarding the progress of the repair until it was completed. Great and fast service! fast doesn't mean without quality. I had an older iphone with a extremely broken glass screen and after they fixed, its like brand new again. They ask a series of questions (very quick) to determine if you are having any other issues. I ended up walking out with a tempered glass protection and case as well! I'm so glad I stopped by this place after looking online for a cell phone repair shops because I did not want to buy a new cell phone. My iphone charging port was not consistently holding the charging cord or my earphones in the port and I would have to wiggle it to find the right point where it would stay. Their reputation precedes them with providing exceptional and friendly service, which is hard to find around town. I went in asking for a quote to replace the charging port, but they immediately suggested they could try to make some adjustments at a lesser cost and if it didn't work, then they could replace it and I would only pay the difference. Most companies would have just taken a customer's money for the service requested, but not them. Additionally, they provided a one year warranty on their adjustments/ workmanship, which is amazing IMHO. I'll definitely go back to them if I have any other issues and recommend them to my family and friends. read more

This is probably the best place to go to for tech repairs and for purchasing accessories. I have gone to them to fix two iPhone XR's and a Samsung s8. The day after I broke my iPhone I did not want to have to purchase a new phone so I found them on google, called in and got my phone fixed within 20 minutes that same day. They are very professional, polite and they communicate any concerns they may have with you before you make any purchases. They are very clean, organized and you are greeted right as you walk in. Unfortunately I need to give this place 2 stars. Extremely disappointed regarding how the Owner of the place threw a curve ball when it came time to pay. I was quoted a price which was more than fair. So I decided to use them for the repair and when I came to give him my debit card the Owner Up the price by $15 just because I was use my credit card/debit card and the owner says to me the reason is because of Covid 19 and the overage in running his business. I was like wow I literally been at his establishment for over 40 min and he could have mentioned that to me. Warning any consumer we are currently taking cash only and if you use your credit card/debit card I will charge you more . That's a really shady stuff. They did the job but the way it was handed was poor. Also while I was waiting 2 other people got things done and paid with credit cards/ debit card and nothing like that was mentioned or even charged to them.. Just a fair warning!!! read more
