My sales person was a very sweet young lady shot out to Mercedes. She made sure she took care of business from hospitality all the way down to the phone repair even sold me some phones. She's an outstanding employee. I definitely see manager position in her future. If anybody needs to hook up the phones or fixed or just needs a service. I have been going to see Devon for over 5 years or more, and I don't leave reviews and just scrolling I saw a bunch of negativity on here and false statements, Devon has positive and determined work ethics, he's a hard worker and puts a lot of love into his work with compassion . In this world we will never make everyone happy and those whom we cannot make happy it's due to their incompetence of not knowing how Celluar services work, I've witnessed people going into his store asking to jail-break a stolen iPhone which he will not entertain, he will not lose his business over $200 that's just insane so people get angry, Devon is a reputable stand up Family Man and I've had a few issues with some devices BUT HE WILL ALWAYS MAKE THINGS RIGHT. Devin and Moses did a great job on my iPhone 11. Replaced my broken screen and camera which was not working for a very reasonable price. Everything was done in less than one hour. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a screen replaced. read more

Bought a phone from these people online. Worst mistake of my life. I am now out $400. To make things worse they wanted to charge me another $200 to make my phone work illegally again. Please people do not waste your money or time with these people. read more

Mediocre service and they cheat you when you sell them phones that cost alot of money and in very good condition they only give you a small amount (they low ball you) plus they charge an arm and a leg for phones no wonder they have hardly any customers. read more
