Please stay away, for your own sake. I have a history of traumatic brain injuries and saw Dr. Kleronomos after developing Long Covid. I had trouble finding specialists, and was glad to finally see someone with experience treating my conditions. At first glance, online, Dr. Kleronomos looks legit (of course, there are still plenty of red flags if you look closely). But at the time, I didn't see the negative reviews and I went into the appointment with high hopes. After describing in detail how this illness shattered my life, how it's worse than 5 concussions combined, he decided -- in the middle of the appointment -- to take off his mask. He was seated feet away from me and seemed puzzled when I asked him to put it back on. This was during the summer wave of 2022. Cases were extremely high, and masks were still required in all healthcare settings. Unfortunately, this was only the second most traumatic thing he did during the appointment. All I feel comfortable sharing publicly about the rest of what happened is that I'm still in therapy over what he did to me. I filed a complaint with the medical board because people like him should at least have to answer to somebody. Of course, like most medical institutions, the response was inadequate. Not exactly change makers at the medical board. However, they did issue a letter of concern for his medical file. And they don't do that for every case. Dr. Klerenomos' response to this review will be predictably dismissive and defensive. He'll hide behind the medical board decision, and pretend it was vindication. But he and I know what happened that day. And he'll have to live with the guilt of knowing that his story may change but the truth never does. Please, if you are sick and out of options, go anywhere but here. I'm saying something publicly because if it means one person is spared the trauma of him, I will rest easier. You may think you're at rock bottom. But I wish someone had warned me that seeing Dr. Kleronomos would be the worst day of my life. read more

March 19th 2024 My father and his dog was found passed because of a holistic dr in Chicago. June when the kids got out of school we drove to Chicago to deal with his Estate. They sent a server to my door NO ONE was here we were in Chicago. so he shoved the papers in my gate and left! I have all the camera videos of all of it. My neighbor found the papers in their front yard!!! They called us immediately and read us what it said. We called you and sent emails stating we weren't here and that your server lied!!! Its illegal!!! You said you would deal with it. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE DID! we even have the emails to the server place with the video that the man swore under oath he handed to me. I was in Chicago meeting with the FDA AND DECTIVES!! I'm on video there, at my dad's, banks and with my lawyer. When im done taking down that natural paths umpire, im coming for yours!! I dont do liars. I have videos and emails for court proving that we weren't here and spent months in Chicago! You all knew where we were and you lied and did it anyway! Like many who have reviewed MediPro, I suffer from chronic pain and in the past have been treated with a 'pill or two' to make the pain manageable but never truly treated the cause or addressed how to treat and heal long term. Dr Chris k is a true expert in complex chronic pain of all kinds. He doesn't give up and likes a challenge. I had hit rock bottom and never thought I'd have a team like this to get my life back. Apparently I have to update my review because this office will not stop. I thought I was done with this clinic months ago, but after this, I wanted people to know what this provider is like. I left a review on this clinic over 2 months ago, right after my very poor encounter with Chris, the main provider there. Unfortunately, I was made aware that a few days ago, "his office" felt the need to respond to my review on google, 2 months later. I'm not sure why he felt the need to reply. And not only that, his reply was just as condescending and full of gaslighting, as every other encounter I've had with him. As you can clearly see for yourself in this screenshot, he only apologizes for my feelings on the matter, not for how I was treated, and then continues to gaslight me by saying they don't show the same records. I'm not surprised. They've continuously lied to me and the appointments "I" supposedly cancelled. While I have openly admitted to cancelling a couple. They also cancelled at least one appointment out of the blue, without ever notifying me, and then claimed I cancelled it. I know I will never get the truth out of this clinic because the director is a con artist who preys on sick patients who are desperate for help. If you are looking for a provider that actually cares about taking care of your health, more than his image and money, then please go anywhere else! read more

I am unimpressed with their billing practices- they charge way above the industry standard and didn't even send me a statement- I just got a phone call that I was being sent to collections! I never got a statement or email or anything before that. I only saw them twice and paid over 500$ even after my insurance paid part of it! When I called to try and dispute it they never answered or just told me to talk to their biller, then the biller told me I have to talk to them! They gave me the run around and I feel financially exploited by their practice. read more

They offer a large menu of regenerative & normally unseen, naturally healing options. All services offered to patients have been used by the staff there before being offered to anyone else. They offer a good mix of integrative health. They do not offer a lot of medication to bandaid your issue(s). They want to get to the reason of why you are having a problem & heal you in the long run. The Dr's all work extremely well together! I have met most of them & they are all a great group of Dr's that truly care about their patients. The clinic is cozy and clean, with two offices, an acupuncture/i-lipo room and fully stocked Ideal Protein room. Lorraine Scott is the owner and Ideal Protein coach of the clinic and Hilary Sandell is the naturopathic physician and acupuncturist. I have had the pleasure of working with both of these amazing women. They are both very easy to talk to and are very good about explaining everything to you. These two are they kide of women that you miss when you don't see them on a regular basis. I first discovered this gem on Groupon when I was looking up Ideal Protein. I am so thankful that I found them. In summer of 2014 I was up to my heaviest, tipping the scales at 175 lbs. Being only 5'1" I was considered obese and I didn't feel good about myself. I work a 12 hour night shift and am a mother of four amazing kids. I don't sleep much on the days I have work and didn't have much energy. I would also eat everything and anything, and then all my kids leftovers. I love rice, baked goods, sweets...everything. Because I live a unique lifestyle, I was so afraid that the Ideal Protein Program would not work for me. Luckily to my excitement, I was absolutely wrong. I started seeing Dr. Emily Gannaway via Telehealth appointments after she'd seen my mom regarding weight loss and hormonal imbalances. My main concern was pretty severe gut problems and stomach pain in addition to weight management and hormonal issues. She placed me on the same super high-protein, moderate-fat, nearly no-carb diet she placed my mom on to "change our body composition." She also recommended about $300 in supplements. After packing on pounds for weeks (just like my mom had) on this diet, I stopped it, reasonably ate carbs (which Dr. Gannaway told me would just wreak HAVOC on my body in any form, even gluten-free) and immediately started to drop the weight back to my previous range. I told her how I responded to the diet, and she told me that the weight gain was likely fungi die-off in my gut from eating carbs all my life causing me to "puff up." Lady, I don't think fungi die-off or any kind of resulting inflammation could add up to and explain 10-15 pounds of weight gain. 5 or so pounds I would understand. She proceeded to prescribe me Phentermine, an appetite suppressant, after acknowledging that I had probably really messed up my metabolism from years of under 1200 calorie dieting. Overeating is NOT my problem! The cherry on top of this was that when I was finally able to see her in person, I had made it explicitly clear to the receptionist that I needed an allergy and food sensitivity test, badly, and I knew it was the kind of thing that needed to be ordered. She assured me that she would make sure it was ordered and ready for my appointment. I arrived, weeks later for my appointment, and Dr. Gannaway knew nothing of the request and had not been left a single note. I was furious, after months of pain and struggling with what I suspect to be celiac, and Dr. Gannaway proceeded to prescribe me more Phentermine. Never going back. I also can't help but feel like Dr. Gannaway was squeezing me for more unnecessary "check-ins" and appointments throughout quarantine and by not having the tests ready for my in-person appointment. I was adamant to the receptionist and I have a hard time believing she didn't mention anything about it, if not just to complain how annoying this one patient was about her allergy test... COVID has affected all of us financially; it makes me sick to think she would intentionally draw out my visits to keep paying herself. I'm 24 and I was making minimum wage at the time I started seeing her. I hope this wasn't the case, but those bills certainly added up and she did absolutely nothing to help me. read more

Dr. Chris is kind, caring and the most knowledgeable person on my healthcare team when it comes to chronic illness and pain. I struggled for several years to find a medical professional who was aware of and felt confident treating my complicated conditions. I have been a patient of his for a year or so now. His holistic approach leaves no stone unturned, he takes the time to listen do you during his comprehensive exams and does his best to address every issue with his treatment plans. Some of these treatments were not covered by my insurance, but I have been grateful for the opportunity to incorporate alternative treatments into my plan. Thanks to Dr. Chris, my pain levels are now manageable, I am completely off heavy pain medications, and in a much better place physically and mentally with the support of Dr. Chris and his team. These people are hucksters and snake-oil salesmen. My wife has REAL problems with anxiety and depression to the point where I don't even know what kind of person I'm coming home to every day and Hillary's answer is to tell her to buy several hundred dollars worth of supplements every month to "fix her adrenals" whatever the hell that means. Does it help? No, it does not. At best it's a placebo but she keeps going back and keeps dumping money in their pockets because she thinks Hillary has all the answers for everything that ails her. It's so bad I can't even ask questions about her treatment without her getting defensive and us fighting about it. She says she has something called Adrenal Fatigue which as far as I can tell isn't a real condition and just something to make money on. Last night I had to beg and plead with her to make an appointment with an actual Endocrinologist as a personal favor to me to get tested by real doctors to see if there is actually a problem with her adrenals/endocrine system. She reluctantly said she would but then told me she might not "believe" them if they didn't tell her what she wanted to hear. If these people had any moral compass they would stop stringing her along and send her to someone who actually specializes in treating her condition but they seem more concerned about taking my money for her supplements and denying her real healthcare. read more

I am very thankful for Dr. Hillary Sandell who is a naturopath and acupuncturist. She is an incredibly smart and compassionate woman who takes the time to listen and has a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about her patients well being. I've gone to see Dr. Sandell several times over the past few years for acupuncture and naturopathy (I've been to others over the years sporadically but never felt like it helped). I'm glad I kept trying because having her on my health team has been such a relief, I don't have to figure it out all alone! She did inexpensive blood work and discovered I needed to change my vitamins, that resulted in clearer thinking, more energy and overall improved health! I'm so thankful, who would have thought it could be that simple? Wish I'd known sooner, but glad I found out when I did. She's one of the only medical providers that I trust and now consider a good friend as well. If you've been hitting a wall or unsure what to do, I encourage you to meet with Dr. Sandell and see if she's a good fit for you. read more

Management has changed earlier this year- and they are incompetent, unaccountable and downright bullies. I have been a patient for over 3.5 years and love the doctors that I have seen. When I started having discrepancies in my billing- ie: overcharging and not getting credited payments- basically getting inaccurate bills. It took a long time to get someone to sit down with me for an audit of my account. (I had ~ 3 appts a month) I finally met with Lisa in July and she got me a spreadsheet with adjusted figures I was able to do my own audit on. I still had a couple of questions but Lisa was not available to meet again to answer the few questions and let me pay my bill. I kept receiving incorrect bills in the mail and never sent an adjusted one from the audit that Lisa did. I kept calling every month to get an appt and was told that they had a few other patients with the same billing issues and they were trying to get it sorted out- please be patient. I finally got another appt today- I showed up and no one was available- again. No one called to let me know that the appt was cancelled. Soon after I left, the owner- a Dr. I have never even heard of called and demanded that I pay my bill- that he and others in his office spoke to me many times and that I needed to stop refusing to pay. He threatened me with collections. I have literally been calling every month asking to get this fixed and to pay my bill. I had to stop going to my appointments so I didn't add more to billing - so I haven't seen any of my doctors there since early summer. To blow me off for so many months then harass me about not paying was ludicrous. So fair warning. I can only hope the good doctors at this clinic find a better place to practice. read more

She addressed issues by looking at the symptoms and talking about my diet and supplements that might support my body in resolving my issues. My visits were covered completely by my insurance. When first going to this clinic the care was good and helpful. However after going there for several months I found out that their billing practices were less than above board. I was told that the chiropractic treatments would only cost the standard charge as well as my naturopathic appointments which I was paying at the time of my visit. Then I started receiving huge bills above the amounts already paid. When I questioned the bills I was told by the office that I would have to contact the billing department. The billing department told me there was no way I was told that my visits would be the standard amount, really? How does that make sense? I made some large payments to get my account caught up but these didn't show up on my account. Again I was told I would need to contact the billing department. They told me when the payments posts it drops off the statement. Well ok but it has to show up on the statement at some point, right? At this point the care and patient treatment was getting questionable(another long story) so I quit going there. Now all of these months later I find out I've been sent to collections even though they knew I was disputing the amount owed. Never received any notice from the collection agency just found it on my credit report. read more
