Dr. Bell took the time to truly listen to my concerns, especially regarding my issues with the VA. He reviewed my military and personal history, making me feel genuinely heard for the first time in a long time. Throughout my pregnancy Dr. Bell and associates have helped me maintain health from months 3-9 and prepare for birth. He has treated back pain, hip pain, rib pain, carpal tunnel, neck pain and more. I have dealt w/ hyperemesis throughout the pregnancy and treatments support GI and general digestive health. I have also taken advantage of massage (go see Scott Smith!!) and stretching sessions (Brandie Alverson!!) , which I highly recommend, especially in pregnancy. I highly recommend True Potential Chiropractors. I found them in late November, 2020, when I was in severe pain, having trouble sleeping, digestion problems, and feeling grouchy due to pain. They found the root causes and have steadily aligned my spine, added traction and strengthening exercises. Deep tissue massages and stretches have helped also. Today I feel better than I have in years and have eliminated two medications I had been taking for pain. 5 years later I am still shocked by the treatment I received here. I came in for treatment from a MVA after I was given a voucher. I was treated by the owner I believe. I think I've blacked out the majority of my time at this place but what I do remember is the chiropractor repeatedly calling me a victim and trying to high five me after. I still don't understand it, but it made me extremely uncomfortable. The accident i was in caused minor shoulder pain and after he viewed the X-ray he told me that my shoulder was dislocated. He proceeded to take my arm and roundhouse SWING my arm back "into place" and after this my shoulder/arm felt significantly worse. When I explained that this and that his high five victim routine made me uncomfortable he got offensive and I never went back. It took me a while to feel comfortable enough to seek treatment elsewhere because of this which i had to explain to insurance companies for the "gap" in treatment. When I did finally see someone else i was given an MRI and found out I had torn ligaments in my shoulder. Considering the fact that my shoulder pain was very manageable before my arm was thrown around at this facility, I'm pretty certain my should tear occurred here. Truly one of the most uncomfortable, vulnerable experiences I have ever had. Five years later driving by I finally feel comfortable to share this instead of just flipping it off as I drive by. I just left from this place feeling absolutely energized and balanced. The masseuse Lola knew exactly what parts of the body to work and had this amazing understanding for the placement of muscles and joins as well as the triggers spots. I got a full body massage for an hour and every minute of it was totally worth it. I've been a client of True Potential the last 2 months. I have a bulged disk on my lower back that has been bothering me on and off in the last 9+ years. I signed up for a 3 months treatment plan and after month 2 my lower back feels much, much better. I'm able to get up in the morning easier, able to move around with no issues and sit long hours without discomfort. Not all cases are fit for this type of treatment but in my case the treatment is working. One must follow however the given treatment plan coupled with other recommended self maintenance in order to get good results. I had an absolutely amazing experience here. All the staff was extremely warm and friendly, especially Doctor Bryan. He explained everything he was doing before he did it and made sure I was completely comfortable. He even took the extra time to have an X Ray done and showed me in detail why I was having all the neck problems I had been having. By the time I left his office I had been completely relieved of the pain I had been suffering from for almost a year. I had a painful knot in my right shoulder blade that had been there for about five days, and I decided to pick True Potential Chiropractic, based solely on the positive reviews I have read. They have a ton of positive reviews, I assumed that I am going to go for the best, and nothing but the best. This was a big mistake. I arrived after corresponding with Becca on setting up a time which was the same day I called, and upon arriving filling out some standard paperwork. I asked about insurance, how much etc... and she said she would be with me in a moment, then went on to help someone else only to return take my paperwork and begin showing me around, in which I asked a second time about the cost and insurance, and she said she will look into it and get back with me. I was brought to a exam room in which I was told Dr Bryen will be in, which I then finally asked a third time, and she then took my insurance card to see what they cover. Pretty upsetting but I gave it to her anyway. I sat with Dr Bryen who was informative and knew his stuff however I felt he was trying to sell me long term care, rather than interested in fixing my immediate problem. Anyway, he explained a few procedures, and then took some X-Rays and checked my shoulder blade. This was 10 to 15 minutes long. He said in the next appointment he would adjust me. I asked well what about now, I am in pain now. Shocked, he said he will take me to the front desk and they will make me available for a 2 minute "quick pop" for a little relief. I went to the front desk only to see Dr Bryen walk away to help someone else and to be told that they are a CASH ONLY business, they DO NOT TAKE insurance, I would have to go and FILE a claim with my insurance as they are out of network and the cost is $125 with an internet special of $99 and an extra $65 for a TWO MINUTE procedure...$65?!?!??? I felt absolutely deceived, cheated, lied to, taken advantage of and after thinking on this issue for a bit longer, I felt like Dr Bryen and his staff did hard to sell me their service as if they were trying to sell me a USED car. They apparently offer "financing" for a ton of "two minute" procedures in which I can only speculate has a high interest and a high amount on this loan. At this point I am seriously thinking all the positive reviews I am reading are not true. Especially with the first hand experience I received. I am almost certain there are others out there with worse stories. For the pain I still had and went to them for was still there and instead helping me, they wanted to empty my wallet with months and months of "correcting". I did yoga the next day, and within an hour, my pain subsided, and has never returned. I am not going to speculate what I am about to say next except that this place is a fraud and they are scamming people out of their money as I most certainly was ripped off and taken complete advantage of. read more

I highly recommended this patient driven, hard working, motivating, caring practice. True Potential Chiropractic is the absolute BEST place to seek chiropractic care. Dr. Bell and his staff are passionate and motivated by your long term health goals and seeing that you reach them. As many of us without a medical background would do, I initially sought out the assistance of my primary care provider to resolve lower back pain and constant knee swelling. I lack the knowledge and experience to understand its cause, effects, and solution from a medical stand point. A brief observation of my knee and lower back by both my primary physician and specialist resulted in the following instructions to relieve pain: (1) Daily stretching and (2) Twice a day Aleve - nothing further. Unfortunately I left very discouraged about my ability to heal, I felt uninformed, and lastly I left with a very hefty $500.00 medical bill after insurance co-pay for my very brief visits. My lifestyle continued to be greatly affected by my poor physical state - I am very active (dancer, warehouse worker, active community member). My lifestyle requires a healthy physical state, but I had no clear knowledge of my state or how to better my situation. Dr. Bell, upon hearing about my situation, gave me the experience that I believe every patient should receive in any medical circumstance. I was educated. I was given the tools to understand the knowledge he shared. I was shown how my body is/isn't working. I was instructed over and over to NOT take his word for it, but to apply the information provided and find my understanding of what was being explained. He referenced published research for evidence. Dr. Bell explained very clearly all the possible issues going above and beyond to identify the reasons for my illnesses. He explained what he could do (as a chiropractor) to treat my long-standing issues and how they are relevant to my health goals. The sole purpose of TPC is to assist my body to getting to the point where I can begin to operate and heal properly, without this ability we lack our ability to live up to our potential. There was absolutely no pressure to continue treatment with TPC for their own gain - it was genuinely a great customer service feel to explore my options. As a patient of TPC I have seen dramatic changes in my healing and capabilities. I now understand my body and how it operates. I feel as though TPC truly maximizes and actualizes my physical potential. Chiropractic care is a treatment done over time - its not a one time fix all (we did spend our lifetime turning our bodies inside out). It's a stepping tool to meet and/or exceed your health goals. i've beeng going to TPC for about a year now. Dr. Bryen is really good. Explains things well. I normally don't like to get adjusted, but he does a good job doing in a way that feels good, and doesn't make me nervous. He does a nice job of explaining what I need to do to stay healthy. And is non-judgmental when I have to come back because I haven't been doing what I should. I love they have walk in hours. I don't always know my schedule, so it's hard to make appointments, but I know if I just drop in during certain hours without an appointment, I'll be seen. read more
