(Isn't that always the case, lol?) well, the one in our master bedroom quit working. No privacy in the master, so not cool! So my builder put me in contact with the supplier, Bob at Mill Creek. I am so pleased and grateful with the result! The issue was bigger than just replacing the blinds. In fact, Scott the installer was here almost 4 hours. He was so incredibly professional, work hard for literally hours and left my home spotless clean even though it was a sawdusty, messy job!
