Here we go again, It happened to us on 10/2024 then stretched to 1/2025, then repeat it now. TODAY, 1/2026: the company raises my monthly again without telling me and my contract will be end in 6/2026. Raise $4.45 more monthly. I don't know why this company love to take people money secretly and does not keep promise as stated on the contract. I am not sure should I continue with them. They were so good from 6/2023 until the end of 2024 and until now. As of today: 1/8/26: They said that I have to pay this amount because price increases 5% yearly. My point I had in 2023, then it raised almost $10 in 2025 (but they removed after I raised my concerns), then this year (2026) raises a little bit over $4. As this point, I really don't want to renew contract with this company. Background/history: 11/2024: Company charged extra pick up for our small clinic which did not have any extra pick up, then sent me to collection department (12/2024) while the company was looking into the problem and was trying to resolve it. Finally the manager/owner resolved it. Around Feb - April/2025: Company charged extra money (around over $8 per month) for my monthly. I had contract signed for set amount for 3 years, then 1/2025 they raised my monthly for over $8 more for my remain contract (15 more months). I called and spoke with rep, this rep said "I understand no one like unwelcomed news.". I sent multiple complaints. Finally the owner (Ben B.) fixed the problem - he put it back to my original charge which I signed contract for 3 years. read more

Signed up with them, They don't tell you that they automatically force you into a 3 year contract with them with penalties. Try to cancel service and you get hit with a thousand dollar penalty fee. They skipped picking up my trash for a month and give the run-around to cancel. Absolutely do not do business with them. read more

If I could give them negative stars, I would! MedPro is absolutely horrible. I am in a dispute with them to get my medical waste picked up. They charge me every month, but do not show up to do what they are being paid to do. They never return phone calls or emails. They say they'll escalate it and get right back to me, months go by and still haven't heard back from them. They were recommended by McKesson, and I don't know what kind of kickbacks McKesson is getting for recommending them, but it must be a lot for them to endorse such a horrible company! I own a private practice and getting them to pick up is essential. It shouldn't be this hard! They also outsource their pick ups to other companies, so who knows where the breakdown in the chain is, but with all the negative reviews all saying the same thing, I'm thinking MedPro knows and just doesn't care. I am a small business in Va Beach. I wish i had read the reviews prior to contracting with them. They are horrible! They don't pick up on the scheduled days, they call and say they are coming and never show up. In the 7 months that they have been servicing us they have not completed one scheduled on time pick up. Our lab was smelling and we had to move the waste to another area in the clinic because they took so long to come. Use anyone but them. There is no one that would do worse then them! read more

They are very aggressive in sales but then subcontract and underpay the subcontractors. You should contract directly with Bio Clean for lower prices and better service. Clinic closed and tried to cancel but only sales would call back. Terrible customer service! read more

They are not honest with all the charges, sale rep/customer service rep/client manager are not nice too (few client manager is nice if i am lucky enough). My contract signed for 3 years at $89 flat - pickup once per month less than 2 pounds. They promised first month free, but they charged me. After few phone calls/begged, they removed. Yeah thank you. After 1 year with them, I received an extra charge (another $79 on top of $89) for the same month (2 charges for the same month). After 10 phone calls & begged for about 1 month in order for them to credit back to our account. During this ordeal - their rationale was my clinic's wastes were over 20 pounds , therefore they had to come back for another trip which all LIES - they blamed the pickup guy reported. I spoke with 2 individual guy who pickup our waste and both of them said no and they even showed me their record - less than 2 pounds only. They also said this extra trip happened 3 months ago (they decided to bill me 3 months later, this is a joke). Plus - no one came by to pickup 2 trip. The sad part - beside I called them I also created a task on my portal - they read, they assigned someone, then somehow that task disappeared on my portal without resolve. I called and addressed my concern, their rationale was computer glitched but they still see on their end. Another sad part - while we were dealing back and forth and the client manager asked me not to pay while under investigate. I received another bill with late fee added to it. Then 1 week later, I received 2 phone calls on different day from Collection Department. I called them back and spoke with client manager - this company is rude, sent me to Collection department for something they are working on it and unauthorized charge. This client manager was nice and apologized to me and that extra trip charge + late fee credited back to my account (REMOVED) 2 months later (after extra charge), they added extra $8.13 for the rest of my contract (15 more months). I created a complaint task on my portal again. The lady replied to my task - the fee is for maintenance fee for the rest until my contract end, and she understand no one like unwelcomed news. I replied back to her that i would like that fee to be remove from my account and I also states that my contract did not have any fine words for that charge. It is over 24 hours - no one reply back to me. I think they want extra money (about $100) for lying pick up extra trip, but I refused. Now they find another way to take my money - therefore they add $8.13 for 15 months - round up around $121.95. I don't know what else I should do. If you don't want any headache for all of these issues, then RUN to another company. Not sure other company is cheating like this or not. read more

Using this company for our medical waste disposal has been an absolute nightmare. When we upgraded the size of our bin, we would keep getting deliveries of the smaller size but not the larger. Once that was resolved, the "autorefills" for the larger size would never ship upon their receipt of a full bin and we've had to call customer service EVERY TIME to get a new one to ship. Their customer services reps are offshore and usually can't resolve anything upon contacting them. I've even heard roosters in the background when talking to them. It normally takes them a few days to solve the problem let alone for us to receive an empty bin. Oh yeah, their website is useless too. Their employees who come to my office are very professional and are always sensitive to the fact that they are in a medical office and that patients are present. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I was hounded by the salesman, then once I signed he has disappeared. It was over a month before I realized that y'all had still not started service, and now I can't get a hold of my account rep. The main phone number goes to a person somewhere internationally and there is no one who can help me. I hve now been on hold for over twenty minutes to talk to a manager, and I'm not sure if a manager will ever pick up the phone. I am not sure what is happening at MedPro but the service is awful! They raised their rates, which we were okay with, just wanted to know what our new rates would be - couldn't tell us until we got billed, then added fuel surcharges, picked up shred bins but only emptied one bin on two occasions had to call their contractor myself to come back and pick up the other... then ended their relationship with HCP for the training portal and set up a new one and it still does not work - no notification, no training, no set-up, different courses - JUST ONE BIG MESS. I have tried very hard to have civil conversations with our rep and to no avail. I just get pushed off with a promise things will be fixed. Then to further upset the situation they have a customer service dept that creates tickets regarding the same subject matter and telling us "Satisfaction is our #1 Priority" - I am here to tell you IT IS NOT - I have been in this vicious cycle with them since late October/November. read more

MedPro has provided us with the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. They missed a pickup on April 3rd. Nobody communicated this to us and no attempt was made to reschedule. We didn't realize this until May when our biohazardous waste was on the verge of overflowing. The earliest they said they would be able to pick up was June 1st along with a $199 fee. I agreed to the fee because we needed it ASAP. They marked the action as COMPLETE even though they never showed up. When we asked what happened via email, they didn't respond. They never seem to answer their phones and they don't respond to voicemails nor emails. We found another company to take care of it. I called several times and left voicemails and sent two emails telling them we are cancelling their "service" if you can call it that. Fast forward 3 weeks later, they send somebody to perform a pickup (there's nothing to pick up anymore) and we receive an invoice the next day. LOL! These guys suck. Use literally anybody else. Update: The day after this review was posted, we received a $693 cancellation fee. They couldn't be bothered to write an email to go along with it. All it was is some automated email. After three months of trying to get somebody to do their job, this is as close as we got. The level of laziness here is unparalleled. In December 2021, I used MedPro Disposal for a one-time service. I was required to pay for the service prior to receiving a shipping container and did so. Following this, I received multiple shipments of new containers which I returned or refused. 1/18/22 Billed $125 for service not requested or used. Reached out to MedPro Disposal without resolution and contested with credit card company. Received additional shipment of containers which were not requested. Reached out to MedPro Disposal and asked them to stop shipping and to remove me from their records. 2/23/22 Posted negative review and received a call from MedPro Disposal asking me to remove the review. I was told the above transaction would be voided. Agreed to consider whether to remove the review when I saw that there were no additional charges. 3/9/22 I was finally emailed a credit memo after several requests. 3/31/22 Received invoice notification for service not requested or used $125. Contacted MedPro Disposal to have this voided. 4/30/22 Received invoice notification for service not requested or used $125. Contacted MedPro Disposal to have this voided. 5/5/22 Notified balance due $250. Again contacted MedPro Disposal and was notified this would be removed. 5/16/22 Notified balance due $250. Contacted MedPro Disposal. No response 5/18/22 Notified balance due $250. 5/19/22 Contacted MedProDisposal and was told this would be credited ASAP. 5/25/22 Received phone call from MedPro Disposal reminding me of an open balance of $250. read more

I started with MedPro back in 2019. I had pickups scheduled for every 3 months since I had just started out. They made the first few pickups then no showed for over 6 months. Called and after awhile was able to get a refund and a pickup. They also sent the next 3 scheduled pickup dates. Now my last pickup was in September of 2022. I was supposed to have a pick up in December... Nothing. Called them multiple times. Spoke to Dom who stated he would have money refunded for no service and would get a pickup scheduled for that week... Nothing. Called Dom on 2/15/23 who said he would get me my refund and schedule a pickup... Email received on 2/16/23: I was advised by operations, your pickup is scheduled for 2/17/2023. 2/17 came and went and... Nothing. Called again today and talked with Miguel who spouted the same as Dom "We will schedule a service pickup and return your payments". This company is good at charging for services never rendered and constantly giving a runaround. If you are thinking of using MedPro, don't. That is unless you like to spend money on services that are not rendered and then get wonderfully frustrated when you ask them to do the job they are paid for. read more

Wow, unethical business. As the other reviewer below said, find a local company. All MedPro does is subcontract with a company near you and then charge you a premium. They have you sign a contract locking you in for 3 years (but don't mention this to you when selling you on the service). They also don't mention that it automatically renews for another 3 years if you don't cancel in writing in the last 6 months of the contract. There were several bogus charges on our card that we had to fight. Only good thing was the guy they subcontracted with was a nice, respectful guy. Again, just find someone local unless you prefer to pay extra for the same service, and be locked into a secret contract. read more

I signed my company up with MedPro in September 2017. Thus far, I've had 2 months WITHOUT MEDICAL WASTE PICK UPS, 1 INCORRECT CHARGE for extra waste (which due to their missed month, I was promised they pick up extra at no cost), 1 CREDIT for this extra charge that STILL HAS NOT BEEN APPLIED (although I've called every month), A DOUBLE CHARGE on the same day, yet another promised credit, and an automatic CHARGE for the month that they never showed up. Again, I was promised a credit. Thus far- I'm up to $448 in credits that don't get applied. I'd rather them STOP taking money out of my account that they don't earn, because they're not fulfilling their end of the contract. read more

I didn't have many problems with this company until my 3 year contract was up. When the rep first told me about their company, they mentioned all the great benefits that I would receive. They never mentioned an auto-renewal clause would be added to my contract and that they would charge me 50% of the next 3 years if I didn't cancel 6 months prior to my first contract was over. I find this to be very disingenuous of this company. I would stay away from a company like this which wants to auto-renew your contract without any notifications.
