When they came I made sure to let them know I had added baseboard cleaning. I barely saw them cleaning my baseboards. Then when they were done (in one hour for a 1600 square foot house) I told them they hadn't vacuumed the carpet and they said they did but the lines didn't show. I was there. I am not stupid. So they charged me $265 for a one hour rushed job where I had to go back and vacuum myself. They also left my bathroom floor streaky so I had to go back and mop again. When I requested a partial refund the company said they would get back to me in 24 to 72 hours. It has been 5 days and I am still waiting. Run away from this company!
