I never saw any documentation informing me about the time frame .I spent 30 yrs in the military so I know about movers and I am aware that there is always going to be maybe some scratches on your furniture when moving ,,,,,,,but this company completely damaged every single piece of furniture I have !!!! Scratches , pieces of wood just off my dining set and my entertainment center as well . My bedroom set has the scratches and wood chip of the knife the employee was using to take off the tape they put on it to cover the top . I was so upset I was crying in anger !!!!! I called the BBB and they have no knowledge of accreditation for this company . On the day of the move this company doesn't even have a truck , it is a U Haul truck they come in and load your household goods with barely any padding or cover . I had no idea this was going to be this way !!!! This was my 1st and worst experience I have ever had with a moving company in my life !!!
