She is my general practitioner; I see her for everything. She listens, she laughs, she's open to discussing any and all options. She's also got good intuition. Unlike too many doctors, she'll actually *touch* you to help understand what you're feeling. She joined Well Being Being Well a few years ago and it really is just the right place for her. I do believe she did her due diligence in trying different birth controls but beyond that I was actually appalled at a few things: I had to ask more than once to be referred to the endometriosis center / pelvic pain doctors and she referred me specifically to the fertility doctor. I had a laparoscopic endometriosis surgery a few months later and no endo was found. Rather than trying to connect me with other specialists in her network or even being remotely supportive and kind, she simply said "there's no physiological explanation for why you're in so much pain." It took me over a year to revisit my gynecological health bc a doctor i trusted made me feel so horrible and also crazy. Two years and a second laparoscopic later with a different hospital and a bunch amount of endo was found and removed, and it was also identified in the photos from my first surgery. If you're looking for someone to do an annual exam / pap and dont have complex needs she's fine, but I absolutely do not recommend her for anything complex.

All the staff at Price Medical is wonderful. This review is not about the staff but the new administration. Since Washington Health Institute (WHI) took over the cost of a visit has more than tripled! Mind you, nothing has change with my health insurance (same coverage, etc.). Before WHI, a visit was just the $30 co-pay. Now, after the co-pay you get another bill from WHI for an additional $30+. Before WHI, the lab work was done at Quest, no additional charges. Now, they changed to LabCorp and you get another bill from LabCorp for $30+. In summary, a visit to Price Medical before WHI was $30 TOTAL (including lab work at Quest). Now is slightly over $100. All the while the healthcare providers seem more rushed... don't know if that has to do with having to meet a quota.

I found all of the above qualities visiting Erin every years for the past 7 years and that last encounter (over the phone) with the manager was the complete opposite of what I was accustomed to hence my disbelief. I have the utmost respect for her and what she has built over the years and my decision to update my review is solely based on those 7 years. I do not believe that one incident should erase the consistent positive interactions and great care I have received from NWNP over the years. And that was true during that time. But something changed significantly as she transitioned to a sort of direct primary care practice and functional medicine practice. The practice seemed more impersonal. For example she tried to direct me away from monitoring my liver scores when I started taking statins. Although she had previously had the position that medications always have risks in promoting alternative medicine considerations and I had told her of my brother's death from non alcoholic cirrhosis due unmonitored prescription of cholesterol medication she tried to talk me out of the monitoring. At one point I had told her I didn't want to die from cirrhosis her reply was that there were worse ways to die.
