Dr Adib is a positive, enthusiastic physician that treats her patients with respect and great concern. I buy my own insurance and only purchase the policies that she requires or recommends. Not only does she continue to treat my depression issues but either knows the answer or finds the resource for any issues I acquire with age. Went through a few until it was suggested that I go see Dr Buckingham and the staff at BFDC might be a good fit for me. They were right, the staff is very efficient, they check me in, bring me back, take my stats and I see the Dr in way less time than my family Dr. The best part is Dr Buckingham seems to have the natural skill of looking at my pumps stores details and comes up with a decent plan of what what needs to change in minutes. It's pretty impressive. And while she's doing all this, she actually talks to me and wants my input on what my thoughts are about keeping my diabetes under control. You have no idea how hard this is to find. Hopefully, she has no plans on retiring any time soon.

I definitely recommend him if he's taking new patients. The office was recently remodeled and looks great. You can take the elevator or the stairs up one flight. There is also a lab there, which is very convenient. The front office staff and nurses are all kind. I've never had an issue. And like any doctors office, there can sometimes be a wait, but I am usually out of there in less than an hour.

This urgent care used to be Well Now but is now Quickmed but its the same location and we have been there with similar experience under the well now name and the current name. I'm superstitious that if I crow about good care it will disappear (kind of like a universal I told you so), so to be clear this is only about the care I have received to date, and the experience going forward could change at any time. This is hands down the best urgent care medical services my family and I have experienced in two decades. The providers aren't just attentive and caring, they are competent. Like shockingly competent, which is something I don't really expect to receive in this region, even at the "nicer" areas, much less by an urgent care anywhere. The office side is a little iffy (mostly workflow problems: long waits, communication issues, computer system problems), but the office staff has always been courteous to us and I would far prefer to have people who care, try, and the providers to be medically competent than have shorter wait times and a more efficient workflow. Seriously, don't improve those at the expense of medical care.

Health care has changed for the worse and dr basically have to join a group to financially survive. The service and patient care was much better before he joined into Kettering. Now the employees are Kettering and not someone he hired. But still better than dr brown. I intentionally dont capitalize his name ... he doesn't deserve it.
