Second, while exiting the doctor's office on Aug, 18, 2021, Tonya asked me to step around the corner to get my referral and other information. I asked her why, am I stepping out into the waiting room to discuss my medical information. "She reply rudely", that was the office rule. So I had to go around the corner to discussed me scheduling and other information that was use with a previous dr. in front of all the patients. Tonya is the same lady, didn't waited on me, when I enter the office to sign in, because there was no "sign in sheet" She continued her personal conversation with another patients, while I waited. "I said excuse me, I need to sign in" Third, after two telephone conversation with Samantha and Tonya, I asked why, I had to drive 3 hours (total) to give more blood work, when I was coming back in as a new patient and the phlebotomist should have drawn enough. Fast forward, after calling the office back and being deny the opportunity to speak to the office manager, I was able to reach the nurse xxxx. She said it was ok to come in on the 31th to give blood. Tonya called today, Aug 30 to cancel my appointment for blood work and refuse to listen to what I had to say about me coming in for blood and not results, after she left me a message to not to come in on the 31th. There's no communication in the office, and finally after she refuse to listen to what I was saying, Tonya told me to FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. Not only, did this office disregard my medical information and shared with a third party (patients) in the waiting room, I'm just lost for words, of the unprofessional staff at the front desk and refusing medical service in the middle of my visits. I'm forward to my insurance company and HHS.GOV.

I asked them to remove this as most people don't need to hear it 14 months later. dr. Danubia Hester referred me to a breast specialist and on the order she said I have breast cancer. I have not been told I have breast cancer so this is news to me. in fact I have been told I don't have breast cancer so which is it????? I have asked them to write a new order and remove it. they said they would but weeks later. nothing. so the breast specialist is going to have to jump through hoops because this office can't even write a correct order. I am going to report Ms. Hester for giving misleading inaccurate information. AVOID THIS PRACTICE

The new office is beautiful and clean. It has an onsite laboratory, sonography suite (includes 3-d imaging), a large waiting area and more than enough rooms to service patients. I have visited the practice several times and service has been consistent. Dr. Cooke, Dr. Edmonds and all of the rest of the staff are professional and attentive to their patients needs. I am always greeted with a warm smile and a can-do attitude from all staff members. I would recommend this practice again and again. They listen to their patients. I previously had issues at the old office with some staff and wait times. I talked to Dr. Cooke regarding my concerns and the action taken was above and beyond. Waldorf women's care also cared for me when I needed to have a tube removed after an second ectopic pregnancy, again the Doctor was stellar and I recovered better than I imagined. The doctor left minimal incision marks from my laparoscopic surgery and ensured that my other tube was healthy and that I could try to conceive again. The Doctors confidence, positive energy left my husband and I confident and ready to plan for our next baby. I am forever grateful to the Doctors and staff at Waldorf Women's Care and look forward to my little girls arrival in July.

When Danielle entered the room, she was very pleasant, smiled and provided what I perceived to be a genuine, professional greeting--she looks younger in person versus the website. However, her main focus was on the tablet and not at me--the patient. She immediately diagnosed me for a major surgery without asking specific questions. When I asked about alternatives, she said 'well if you are going under anesthesia for one, you might as well do the major one. (High-level details). Woman are not all alike when we reach a certain age and the final outcome will not be the same for all. When she found out I was on certain medication, her demeanor changed for the worst! I asked her if she read my file and then she began to speak over me--telling me this changes things and that she had other patients. I asked her if she read my file since I had to upload my docs, complete my med list and pay the co-fee before my appt. I had to interrupt her and tell her that she had been cutting me off throughout the appt. She paused and "snapped back" to reality, but at this point the damage was done. She also made another diagnosis that was not on my x-rays, ultrasound or MRI. She again made another generalization about women in my age group. I thought she was going to finally look up at me again and formally apologize for her rude behavior, but she did not. She swung the door open so wide as I sat on the table still partially undressed with her nose in the tablet. NO ONE IS PERFECT and the customer/patient is not always right! However, in this instance, Danielle was unprofessional and absolutely uncaring. We can all have bad days and even though I am not a medical professional, I am well-educated and demand a modicum of respect. I am TERRIBLY disappointed as I have been in this area for about four years, but most of my doctors are all still in Baltimore County. I was excited as WWC performed many additional medical actions similar to a one-stop-shop close to home. I have friends, co-workers, and church family who speak so highly of Dr. Cooke, but when I told them about Danielle, they too were disappointed and advised they would steer clear of her. I had a great experience back in 2024 at the White Plains office with PA Wilkins and even the young medical assistants. They were chatty, but pleasant and respectful. Dr. Cooke responded to my email and apologized for Danielle's behavior and advised that I can come back and speak with her only, but if Danielle is on the front page, she should have sent a message. I waited and waited--no follow-up email from her or in my portal page. So, now I post about on as many pages as possible.

In the past at a larger radiology place in Waldorf, I've been able to schedule two exams for one visit. However I was told this was not an option so I scheduled the one I thought was the most urgent first. Tech could not start the IV after a few tries which was fine. However when I returned for the next MRI a few days later I was told the exam was marked as incomplete Siri the fact the last tech could not get the IV in for the dye. The tech performing the next MRI was able to get the IV and finish the first MRI and second. Days later and I still have no report from either exam. I have no problem with the techs performing the MRIs, they seemed to do the best they could with what appeared to be limited help. However, Tower seems to have no sense of urgency. I went with Tower because they could get me in sooner. However this has not made a difference and at this point I should have just went with another imaging spot. The patient portal is also bootleg. I will absolutely never go here again. I will stick with another bigger name radiology company that has moved into a brand new building. This place may be good for routine imaging, this maybe's good spot but I absolutely would not recommend for an urgent concern.

I don't think I would want to deal with how unprofessional this whole process was anymore so I plan on finding a professional radiology location in all aspects in the future. I would drive 3 hours to a new location before coming back here. The icing on the cake was hearing the front desk complain about being at work and wanting to go home, along with the trash music playing in the waiting area. Just unbelievable. Some customers are coming here for scans and checks for possible cancer and this is who we're working with? Here are more details. My lab orders were faxed TWICE and they did not receive them. Fix your fax machine! Secondly, I called the day before to make sure my appointment was set and to ask how to prepare for it. She was so short with me on the phone, and said instructions were emailed to me. NO they were NOT! She sent the email to me "again" and that was the first email I received. I asked how much water I needed to drink and she said in a short tone "just make sure you're hydrated". Also, patients shouldn't have to greet YOU when they come into the office. You're the front office staff and need to speak up and greet the patients! Avoid this location unless you want an awful experience! I'm not sure who manages this location but your front office staff needs more training!
