The office was clean and bright, and I arrive a few minutes early and had no issues with checking in. I was taken back at 9:18 (not a bad wait), and Jordan started taking my x-rays. After that, Dr. Wilson came over and went over my teeth with me, looking at the x-rays first and then examining my mouth while Jordan took notes. Afterwards, he explained his proposed treatment plan to me, including cleanings and cavity-filling, along with suggesting a night guard because I grind my teeth, but he gave me the freedom/time to make my own decisions about what I was comfortable moving forward with. At the end, I made an appointment with Sheila at the front desk and will be coming back in the next few weeks for more treatments. After 15 yrs of being a Dental One patient I've never encounter such rudeness and disrespect especially since she is one of the many new additions to this office, so I lost a half day pay, because I left without getting the schedule surgery done.
