As first time home buyers, we were new to the process and feel extremely lucky to have found an agent like Carmen. House hunting is stressful enough but house hunting during the Covid 19 pandemic was something else. However, Carmen was amazing throughout the process. Here are the things that stood out to us: 1) She was realistic - Allison understood our budget and knew where to draw the hard lines. Mike Park was our seller's agent as we tried to sell our condo in Cambridge this past April. As some of you may know, April 30th was the end of a tax credit offered to buyers. With Mike's help, we listed and sold our property in less than 9 days in order to meet the deadline. And boy were we thankful that we did because the market definitely tailed off after the deadline expired. The funny thing is, we were hesitant about rushing to sell our property, but Mike firmly encouraged us to quickly move forward. We didn't feel pressured, but nudged along in a good way. My wife and I purchased our first condo in the summer of 2011. We were really new to the process, but Mike walked us through the entire thing. I happened to meet Jess while rock climbing in Somerville. When she told me she was a realtor, I immediately started asking questions. My fiancé and I had been looking at renting apartments, and slowly realized that we should buy. First off, let me start by saying i DID NOT purchase property through lembu. i went to mike because i was strongly interested in purchasing a home.. i'm pretty sure he didn't think i was ready for it and didn't think i would be able to afford it but he still took time out of his day (more more DAYS) and sat me down and went over stuff. beyond that he was sending me information about houses as well as connecting me with bankers. thanks to his connections and information i was able to determine that purchasing a home at the age of 26 was a bit more than i could handle. with any other agent i might have rushed into a purchase and regretted it, instead mike was not pushy which allowed for me to make the correct decision (in the end i blew the money on a car anyways.. ha ha). all in all, if you are looking for a place in the boston area lembu is the place to go. mike is the man and will be MORE than helpful in your quest. read more

We chose to work with Mike Park and John Sanzone based on their 5-star yelp reviews. We recently closed on our house and now know from experience why they have such a high rating. They definitely deserve it. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were selling our tenated property, and they did a terrific job managing the process for our tenants. They communicated directly with them, visited them in person at the beginning of the process to discuss what would happen with showings and open houses, and went out of their way to make sure that the tenants were happy. (Happy tenants help a lot in selling a house, I learned from Mike!) They also helped us with the pricing and we made a fortune selling our house! Very impressed with their knowledge of the market and their strategy for timing and pricing. We sold the house in one weekend at a very nice profit.
