We went and even after paying the seamstress an additional $40 bucks, the dress was not let out enough. My daughter didn't get to wear it for her recital and I paid extra because this wealthy owner didn't give a crap about a single mom with multiple jobs who was just trying to provide a nice dress for her daughter. When we had been there before, it was younger woman who was much nicer but after this experience, I will never go there again. (The previous dresses I'd gotten her the prior year were also from the clearance rack because that's all I could afford) Snobby and unsympathetic owner.

When I returned, she was laughing and being very nice to other customers, but the moment it was my turn, she stopped smiling and treated me coldly for no reason. She also looked me up and down, which felt very disrespectful. She appeared to be brown, and the customers she was being friendly with were also brown, while I'm Asian, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. When we checked out we found out that the $10 coupon was good as long as we spent more than $100 and only if we ordered online. I wanted 8 shirts, and they only had seven in stock. We had to stop the checkout process and then go through the process of ordering everything online for delivery. Quite inflexible. I wanted to try a couple of the shirts to make sure they fit. I have trouble with one of my arms and have a very hard time taking a t-shirt on and off so my husband was going to come into the try on cubicle with me, but we were told only one person was allowed.
