I got my daughter a beautiful dress off their clearance rack because they are very pricy. I had bought it for her to wear to her piano recital so it was hung in the closet with the price tag still on it for months. Unfortunately, when it came time for her piano recital, it didn't fit her anymore. When I took it back to ask for an exchange the woman was very rude, even in front of my daughter. "Nope, I'm just not gonna do that anymore. You can try and go to this seamstress down the street." We went and even after paying the seamstress an additional $40 bucks, the dress was not let out enough. My daughter didn't get to wear it for her recital and I paid extra because this wealthy owner didn't give a crap about a single mom with multiple jobs who was just trying to provide a nice dress for her daughter. When we had been there before, it was younger woman who was much nicer but after this experience, I will never go there again. (The previous dresses I'd gotten her the prior year were also from the clearance rack because that's all I could afford) Snobby and unsympathetic owner. read more

We drove all the way from San Diego to LA store to find dresses for my granddaughter upcoming Bat Mitzvah. The experience was excellent. I made an appointment with the owner of the shop and she was helping us. A lot of choices for girls to choose: beautiful dresses for girls of all ages and tastes. I can not stress enough to not order online from this website. I had ordered a ton of dresses from this designer to have a client try on as I am a stylist. I emailed them ahead of time to let them know that I was going to be doing that! Unfortunately my client did not like any of the dresses, so I packed everything up NICELY. I laid each dress flat and every other dress facing in a different direction in order to keep things from wrinkling. I would have put the dresses back in the plastic packaging except that the packing that each dress comes in becomes garbage as soon you open it because the plastic rips! I filled everything out and sent it back to the physical store. On the website it gives you both options to send back to either the physical store or the warehouse and I choose to send it to the store. Well wouldn't you know it- I got a response from UPS saying that they REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE BOX, aka they bounced the BOX. It didn't say they attempted delivery 3 times and couldn't successfully deliver it as it normally would if that were the case, UPS said it was REFUSED. So $70 UPS shipping later, that of course I as the client had paid for, the package was now being returned to sender!!!!!!! Not only that but UPS then rerouted the package to a different address that I Do not even live at!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of fighting with the owner later, who claimed she didn't refuse it, which I know to be untrue- and an additional $50 in shipping because they refused the box. I was able to re rout it back to California where the "warehouse" is! When checking the tracking the box was due to arrive on friday-- HOORAY RIGHT!!!! The next text that came from the LOVELY ( feel the sarcasm) owner was that she wouldn't be around on Friday to collect the box because she closes the store early and she might miss UPS. LMAO ARE YOU KIDDING ME. So feeling like I am being customer service on HER behalf, I asked if she had a relationship with the stores UPS Driver and she could let him know the situation, since i can not control when the box get delivers. Her response, yes a great one! (If it was so great then why would he have have incorrectly refused the box that you so claim he must have done) I also know working retail for 15 years, that UPS comes with pretty much the same driver everyday around the same time. And with store fronts they don't refuse boxes unless told too! So the box was received. Amazing...after I followed up to make sure it was revived they said they were letting the box sit for 3 days because of covid...fine.. I get that. Next text.. Wait for it.... One of the dresses had been damaged during shipping and she would not be refunding me for it!!!!!!!! Helloooo!!!!! It was damaged because it was shipped all over the world because YOU REFUSED the box!!!! She didn't care. And that's when I realized she was just trying To go to great lengths to make it as hard as possible to accept the return. So if you like your money, and great shopping experience DO NOT SHOP HERE. An unnecessary $140 in shipping and $120 for a "damaged dress" she never even sent back that I currently technically own but do not even have in hand. I am at a $260 loss for stupidly giving this horrible store a try. "CUSTOMER SERVICE"- would you mind sending me the "damaged dress" you charged me for!!! What I didn't tell you is I also work at a clothing store that sells her brand in a big way! I am the boots on the ground selling her brand and keeping her alive. Please save yourself the headache and do not shop here. They ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. I gave her the benefit of the doubt so many times but she kept deciding to make it as hard on me as possible To get back my money. Save yourselves!!! read more

UDT is one of the most fun, friendly stores for girls around! It's our go to place for party dresses and really beautiful everyday clothes, including casual shorts and tees. We came shopping here for a dress for a special occasion. The customer service is truly excellent and they have a great selection of colors and styles. However the prices are absolutely exorbitant for the low quality. I was shocked that some of the dresses had price tags of over $200+ for obviously sub-par fabric and stitching, made in China. There is no rhyme or reason - some dresses are $120 and others are $220 for what looks like a very similar style. And I find it interesting that they carry some styles at Nordstrom (where we eventually ended up buying our Un Deux Trois dress) for literally half the price. I am truly confused by their business model. Even my daughter noticed that the dresses were not made especially well considering the high prices. Am I paying double because I'm getting attention from a salesgirl? read more

I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a beautiful dress for a special occasion for a tween girl. My daughter needed a dress for a Bar Mitzvah and the selection available at this store far surpassed any of the larger department stores where we often shop. Due to COVID the owners are currently seeing customers by appointment only. We texted Cydney, one of the owners, and made a private appointment. My daughter and I felt extremely comfortable with the safety precautions. They took our temperature prior to entry and provided sanitizer and gloves if we wanted. Masks were required and were also worn by the owners. My daughter had pre-selected a couple of dresses online which they had made available for her to try on, along with all of the other styles in the store. My daughter chose a beautiful dress and Cydney completed the outfit with a gorgeous belt and bolero jacket to make it really special. In addition, she suggested a matching mask which was designed and delivered the next day. This was truly an incredible shopping experience, and under the current circumstances, I was so grateful to have found them! They were so kind, helpful and didn't rush us at all. True customer service. My daughter's Bat Mitzvah was this past weekend. We were due at her party at 7:00. At 5:50 as she was putting on the very special dress we found for her at Un Deux Trois, she realized she was missing one of the removable straps on her dress. She is a very easy going girl, but after looking everywhere, she was on the verge of tears. The store closed at 6:00, but I called, reaching them 5 minutes before their closing. Okay - I have a daughter who knows what she likes and does not like. This place was the right place for her. And what was GREAT is that the clothes here are beautiful and unique, and best of all the customer service is phenomenal. Alex was helping us, and Ashley the manager stepped in as well. First of all, Studio City is a very cute area. They just opened up Lemonde, a new dental office and a sushi place (which I've yet to try!) When we called Un Deux Trois, they had parking in the back which was helpful since street parking is a mess. When we walked into the store, my daughter and I were greeted so nicely by the girls. First thing they wanted to know was what we needed and what size my daughter was. She is 12 years old but fits into a 10 since shes is in the petite size. They gave me lots of options for my daughter bringing me dress after dress. They carry 7-16 clothes which is perfect for my daughter. We needed a couple dresses for some upcoming parties as well as shoes and cardigan. We tried going to Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, and a couple other stores, but there wasn't a great selection anywhere we went. If we liked a dress, they didnt have our size or color we wanted. Un Deux Trois had so many options which was great since my youngest is very picky in the stuff she wears. We found a couple great dresses and the staff helped us choose shoes and accessories to go nicely with all the outfits. We found heels that were very appropriate and a shrug that went well with all the dresses for temple. My daughter was so pleased with her dresses! I will definitely come back when we need other outfits and gifts for our friends.
