Meg's photography skills and work was beyond what I had expected. During our engagement, my husband and I looked into over 20-30 photographers. Although their skills were decent, I always thought that their price was far beyond their skills. Meg's case was the total opposite. For asking such an incredibly reasonable price, her photos were above and beyond what I had imagined. She is very young indeed, but don't underestimate her because of age. What's incredible is that being much younger than other professional photographers, she surpasses, in my opinion so many of them. Meg came out from Vegas to meet us in Diamond Bar for a consultation, in which she was very humble yet showed confidence in her skill. We liked it and hired her. THE BIG DAY: Meg showed up before the time I asked of her (which was veeerrry early), looking very professional. She was very easy to have around, and I could tell she was focused on her job. Meg was the right kind of photographer to have around all day, in my opinion. She did just the right amount of small talk and didn't butt in about small things. She let the day be about the bride and groom, instead of trying to get herself overly involved. Meg took photos of the details of my reception, took the typical wedding photos which I asked her to take, photos of family and friends and also shot some beautiful modern couple photos. While waiting for the reception to start, she even helped set up the reception! Besides that downtime, she was simply shooting away, even during our lunchtime! She stayed until about 10:30, when my reception ended. Meg's photography style was exactly what I was looking for. She knew exactly how to utilize the environment she was surrounded in to enhance her shots. Meg isn't the type of photographer who takes 100 shots and hopes for one good one. She'll take her time and take one or two shots for a picture, showing much confidence in her skills, and proving it later with the photo. :) ONLY CONCERN: The only thing I worried about with her was that before the big day our communication wasn't very solid- sometimes I wouldn't hear back from her for a while. She later explained that her e-mail didn't go through or she had some kind of technical difficulty. It wasn't a huge dilemma, because when I'd double check with her she got back to me quickly. After the big deal we communicated very often. :) Also! Meg didn't eat at all, which worried me but she said it helps her! It wasn't a bad thing, but whoever hires her next, offer her something to drink. She takes drinks, but not food :) Did I mention that she edited all of my pictures within I believe, about two weeks? I met Meg in High school. I had many friends who were toying with photography, and all of them offered to do shoots for me, but none of them stood out like she did. For my senior pictures, I had barely any money, and no idea what I was going to do. I reached out to Meg, and she was glad to help. We went up to Mt. Charleston in the middle of the Winter (I'd waited till last minute of course to get the pictures done), and all though there was very minimal scenery, Meg got some beautiful shots. She even made one of my photo look as if it was the Summer! The next time I asked Meg to do photos for me, was for my sisters 13th birthday. I wanted to surprise her with something fun and unusual. Meg had never met Ashley before, and Ashley had never had a shoot done. Although I only gave Meg a week or so notice, she showed up with home made props, and they were all beautiful. She made Ashley laugh, and caught some absolutely stunning photos of her. From this shoot I received photos of my sister and I that I will cherish forever. She really captured how close we are. I used Meg a third time when my dad wanted to get family photos done. My dad questioned the quality of Meg's photos due to her age, but not even ten minutes into the shoot she had my dad smiling and relaxed. My five year old sister adored her, and Meg entertained her no matter how many questions she asked. Within two weeks Meg brought us two Cd's with the best family photos I've ever had. Meg always goes above and beyond expectations when she does photos for me. She is young, but she is a natural. She captures the moments that not everyone can. I found Meg on a social media site shortly after she decided to go solo with her business. We liked her work a lot and her prices fit our budget. We went to meet with her about shooting our wedding in May 2013 and she offered us a free engagement shoot if we met her in Disneyland while she was there. Well let me tell you, these pictures are amazing! And she was fantastic to be around all day, even when I got sick. I will say Meg is young and has a lot of growing to do as a business woman, but her vast amount of talent overshadows any short-comings on the technical side. read more

Really bummed to leave this because she seemed really sweet. I communicated with her through email for 2 days, then she just never got back to me. Called her even and left VM & still nothing. I got all excited to work with her for my wedding! Even if she didn't want to pursue the job, a simple no thanks email back would have been professional. If it were possible I would give her 10 stars. So there are probably a gazillion people out there who market their services as photographers especially in Vegas...and honestly a lot of their photos are flat and boring and seem like they could have been taken by any random person. But then there is Meg who is an artistic photographer who has the ability to evoke emotion from a still image. Her creativity is inspiring, she captures the intimate moments of life with the right placement and angles for her photos. I really can't say enough amazing things about her. She is extremely professional and coaches you through the photos and poses, making you feel like a super model. She puts you at ease during the photos and allows you to add your own elements, and you really feel like she cares about your life and generally wants to get to know you as a couple and individual before and during the photos. I'm generally not a smiley person, don't get me wrong I'm very happy, my face just doesn't always show it....but she was able to find a way to coax it out of me for our engagement photos. She does lifestyle photography for weddings, engagements, anniversaries, senior portraits, family photos, and more....one day she will be charging a hefty price for her talents and will be ridiculously famous, but since she just started her own business...I would definitely take advantage of her amazing pricing now. I was introduced to Meg by my oldest daughter. Katelyn told me I would be impressed with her photography. I was initially skeptical about her skills and her age concerned me that she might lack experience . My daughter Ashley was coming up on her 13th birthday and I wanted some good photos of her at this pivotal time of her life. Katelyn convinced me that I would love the photos. She was absolutely right!! The photos of Ashley were fantastic! Meg went out of her way to set themes of the photos and although I didn't attend the photo shoot I could tell they all had a great time. When it came time to take family photos of me and my girls I ask Meg to take them. Candidly, I was still a little nervous. This was a group versus one person photo shoot. We hadn't had photos as a family in a long time and the ones we had taken before were the staged store photos. I really wanted these photos to be perfect. Meg recommended a great location in the Red Rocks. I had some much fun with my girls and Meg during this photo shoot I almost forgot what we were there to do. The resulting photos were beyond my expectations. They were simply fantastic! I was impressed with Meg's personality and ability to give direction for the photos without being bossy. On two different occasions Meg has excelled in creating a quality photo product for me and my family. These photos are moments in time that were beautifully captured by this young lady and I couldn't be happier. I've probably given less than a handful of recommendations in my entire life. I did a last minute search for a photographer ON THE DAY we were renewing our vows. I found Meg, she sounded great! BUT she couldn't do it because of her schedule. She then offered to email me a list of peers that might be able to. I waited for the email and then she called and said she contacted all of them and everyone was busy EXCEPT for one person (couldn't believe she took the time to call everybody). She gave me the name and said we would like him. Well, we did, he was awesome! We had a great night, fun, crazy, all of it! While we didn't get to use Meg, she was awesome, exceptional and very helpful. I feel she would have been spectacular too! Next time, we will be using her! read more
