The man behind the counter was I felt rather rude and dismissive about my photo album ideas for my sons 50 th Birthday !I wish he had just been a bit more friendly and direct me in a kinder way !! The #1 spot to get film developed!!! Before I knew about this place I would go to Walgreens and they would take like 2 weeks Now I drop off a camera and it's done within a few hours. I even came to drop off my camera that had our wedding pictures at 4 pm, and it was done before 5 pm the same day! The pictures come out so clear too!! read more

I brought in several older disposable cameras that were laying around for many years. I must of had about 13 or so. They were able to develop them the same day. The employee notified me that they would be available the same day. They were emailed to me later that same day. The employee also informed me that if the disposable cameras weren't preserved over the years in a safe place. That he couldn't guarantee them being successfully developed. Knowing this I still chose to try and get them developed. The price was steep, approximately $198 to attempt to see if I could successfully have them developed. I honestly was only able to get maybe 15-20 poor quality photos developed out of the 13 disposable camera rolls. I'm glad I tried, but I wouldn't do it again because of the price with no guarantee they would come out. read more

This was my first time getting film developed after I was gifted a disposable camera for my birthday. I was first considering CVS or Walmart, but I am so glad I chose this business!!! The employee seemed friendly and made drop off very straightforward. The only question I was asked was whether I wanted digital scans or prints. I went with digital scans. I found pricing to be great and very competitive. It was around $16 after tax. When I was doing research on where to go, I believe Walmart starts at around $10-$12 and I'd have to wait a couple weeks to receive prints back (no option for digital scans not on a CD or USB). Wow!! I literally got the scans in the 20 minutes it took me to get home! I am definitely not a professional but I found the most of scans to be of high quality. The disposable I used had a mid 2024 expiration date, so I did get some lower quality scans as expected (blurry or just grey though it could also be due to lighting or user error). Overall, I'd highly recommend this business and I will definitely be back! read more

I've been playing with film for almost a decade now living in 4 different cities, and this is the fastest turnaround time I have ever seen! Before coming here, I was waiting anywhere from 3-7 business days, up to 2 weeks, but every time I've sent my film here I've gotten scans back in just 1-2 hours which is unbelievable! For being located in Vegas, I was a little surprised to pay $15 per roll but given recent changes in cost of living and inflation, and the exceptionally speedy turnaround time, I don't find it to be unreasonable by any means. Service is seamless and very quick. Every time I came by I was in and out within 5 minutes. The scans are also great resolution for personal use. Every time I've been here so far I was dropping off at least one roll that ran into some issues (one got jammed and the other someone accidentally opened my camera) but they did a great job at salvaging what was left of the exposures. I'm really happy to have found Pro Image West upon moving to Vegas and am excited to make them my go-to spot for developing film! read more

Super quick turnaround time!! I brought in 9 Kodak FunSaver Disposable cameras to get developed that I used on my wedding day. You can either get them printed or sent digital via email to print later. It was $15 per camera for digital or $23 for both. We decided to get digital only and were told that it usually takes an hour to receive or a little longer for the quantity we had. We got them within an hour which was awesome, we were definitely expecting longer! They turned out SO good and some of the photos you couldn't even tell were film, they looked super sharp and crispy. They are a little bit more expensive then other places in town and it was a further drive, but I chose Pro Image West because of their great reviews regarding the quality of their work. I didn't want to take the cheap route and risk the quality of my photos from such a special day. The color of my photos looks SO great and I can't wait to print them and cherish them for years to come. The turn around time is 1-2hrs and it's only $15 per camera to get the photos sent digitally. For comparison, Walgreens is $35 a camera and you won't get the photos till 2-3 weeks.
