I first visited here in 2019 where I was supposed to just be going in for a consultation. But tread lightly because they will con you into signing that day with the promise of lowest prices possible and a guarantee that you will be locked in to a low co-pay amount for touch-ups for life. Fast forward to today, I scheduled a touch-up appointment for the price I was "locked into" only to show up and be told that the price doubled.. Now of course this was never communicated to me beforehand and I wasted my time driving all the way out there and the staff could do nothing about it. I called customer service and they are terrible and will do nothing for you. So from the skeezy sales person all the way to corporate executives... this place is full of money hungry thieves. Oh and this isn't the first time I've had issues. They also promised to make up for all missed appointments during COVID, but they didn't make up for them. So it's just money down the drain and probably the reason why I even needed touch-ups in the first place. I should've known better but at this point I'm already locked in. But I will NEVER be going back for touch-ups. -000/10 do NOT recommend. Save your time, money, energy and headaches - go elsewhere.

As I think back, I would tell anyone it was absolutely a "piece of cake!" I could not be more pleased with the entire experience from the consultation to the final visit! Dr. Malhotra is not only a skilled surgeon, she is a kind and caring person...one who is immediately available after surgery for any and all concerns. Her staff is also phenomenal...Roseanne explained the procedure so thoroughly during the consultation and was a compassionate companion throughout, as well.
