Take this as your warning - DO NOT GO HERE. Whatever skeezy scheme this place has going on needs to be put to an end. I first visited here in 2019 where I was supposed to just be going in for a consultation. But tread lightly because they will con you into signing that day with the promise of lowest prices possible and a guarantee that you will be locked in to a low co-pay amount for touch-ups for life. Fast forward to today, I scheduled a touch-up appointment for the price I was "locked into" only to show up and be told that the price doubled.. Now of course this was never communicated to me beforehand and I wasted my time driving all the way out there and the staff could do nothing about it. I called customer service and they are terrible and will do nothing for you. So from the skeezy sales person all the way to corporate executives... this place is full of money hungry thieves. Oh and this isn't the first time I've had issues. They also promised to make up for all missed appointments during COVID, but they didn't make up for them. So it's just money down the drain and probably the reason why I even needed touch-ups in the first place. I should've known better but at this point I'm already locked in. Wonderful service, the girls are super comforting! My first visit there was an issue with the machine and they needed a new card but their shipment didn't arrive in time so I had to reschedule! But even with that, the girls were all super kind and reassuring! I just had my rescheduled appointment and the girls again were great, made me feel comfortable. I did the coolsculpting and the first 10 ish minutes are incredibly uncomfortable but just breath through it! Hopefully its worth the results but time will tell! read more

I went to Ideal Image in Mayfield for the first time about a year ago. I have gone for lip fillers only. The first time I received lip fillers, the nurse who did them named Taylor was not helpful and rude. She told me my lips couldn't handle the full syringe of filler, and that they would just throw it away. I asked her why they do that, and she said it was how they do things. Fast forward to today, and I went to see a board certified plastic surgeon to have Volbella for my tear troughs injected, and she said they would only put a small amount in and spread it over three visits. She also told me they would label and save my product that I paid for. So I feel like Ideal Image wasted my money and they are awful. I most definitely won't be going back ever again. Don't trust these people. Upon my arrival I was so excited to get CoolSculpting done. I wanted to just go in for a consultation and ended up signing to something in such a forced manner. I wanted to cancel my loan on the service and no get CoolSculpting but the lady told me because of the contract I still have to pay them whether I get it or not. This is a complete scam. I also was told by the lady my loan was interest free and yet there's documentation I did not sign that states the loan has interest! Now I am forced to carry out this service and pay. Not shocked to see the other reviews I just read! I did not go in for services during Covid for obvious reasons. I finally felt comfortable returning after I have been vaccinated and multiple times boosted (I have a compromised immune system) and now I am told my contract is expired?! Is this a joke? I paid straight cash for services that I never received. I tried to speak with customer service multiple times to understand my options and if I could please talk to the clinic I had been visiting (with no call back) and then the last time I spoke with the call center they hung up on me! If I have to come and stand in front of your store and let people walking in know how little you care about the health and well being of your current customers (over an unprecedented pandemic no less) I have absolutely no problem doing so. I have had laser hair removal in the past and went to Ideal Image looking for a place to have maintenance treatments. I had my consultation and one same day very painful laser hair removal treatment with severe post-operative pain and irritation. I later called and told them I would of course pay for the first treatment but did not feel comfortable continuing with them - I was kindly told that their services are non-refundable and the only option given to customers as a 'courtesy' is to apply the money owed to different services offered by them. So while at other laser hair removal clinics you can pay per session, Ideal Image only gives you the option to purchase expensive packages (no test spot or ability to try treatment without signing a contract). During the consultation, they will tell you they have an interest free payment plan option which I later found out is actually a loan with interest through HCS. After my initial complaint, I was told I had to speak to their medical provider. After speaking with the medical provider, I was told that the manager was out of town until Dec 23rd and I would receive a call back regarding whether or not my account could be cancelled after that. I never received a call back and had to call Ideal Image myself to follow up. I was told that my complaint was confusing and they thought I still wanted to proceed with treatment. I stated again as clearly as I could that I no longer wanted to receive services from Ideal Image. I am now waiting for any type of response regarding my account. I am locked into a loan with interest for thousands of dollars for treatment I don't feel comfortable or safe receiving - so all I can do now is hope to save other people from the hassle of getting involved with this company. They claim to be a medical facility but as a hospital employee I can say patients are never treated this way in an actual medical facility. read more

Well at first I was excited about the procedure of laser hair removal but I couldn't make one of my appointments and asked could I reschedule it and they informed me that I would be fine if I skipped one my thing is this if I pay for a service for that month and didn't receive it I should either get a refund for that month or be able to make it up at a later date that month and with this corona virus I'm unsure if they will give me credit for last month because they sure took my money out as scheduled but yet again I didn't receive service this month other than that I did notice a reduction of hair I just wish they were upfront during their consultation that if you miss an appointment you apparently can't make it up later on read more

After that I tried get consultation in my tight schedule due my work in healthcare field. Ms.Basia talked with me she wasn't listening to me and sent me something to fill which I never done before and said that I need to fill it without understanding so she can tell the prices I tried to tell her that I am just trying to check prices and monthly payment as my old payment plan for my other area. She was unprofessional and rude and insistently said that I don't understand her. The idea nightmare is a more accurate name. The amount of money and pain for the results after 10 treatments is insane. The best part is I have twice the amount of hair from when I started. I went from shaving once a week to 7 Days a week. The truth is laser hair removal doesn't work for everyone and their are factors that determine the success of the procedure. None of you will hear on that wonderful free consultation. This company likes to use words like permanent and hair free. All which are false. They rely on heavy marketing and advertising for a false perception. Most websites and company's will tell you it feels like a rubber band flicking against your skin. And that will be true for your (((first treatment)))) but then the intensity will increase with each treatment to the point your skin will look like the surface of the sun afterwards!!! You will feel like a prisoner of war!!! You will want to scream for freedom or mercy!!! It's more like a rubber band on FIRE laced in acid!!! I bet your excited now to sign up!! In conclusion who isn't to say it may or may not work for you. However, only try laser hair removal if your skin is like Casper and your hairs are super dark and coarse. Awful experience. I paid over 6,000.00 and spent over a year and half in treatment. I saw little to no change. The beginning I saw a difference in the amount of dark black hair on my back. I was told I would be successful with treatment. I have one treatment left and have not seen any change since my first three treatments. I believe lazer hair removal works but this center is clearly not capable of achieving the same success of other lazer hair removal places.
