I am very glad that I took a chance and walked into Mega/Deluxe Kitchen and Bath and met Katherine (Kat) Bradshaw. From the first meeting, I knew that I was in good hands and my nervousness quickly went away. The initial project was my brother's bathroom. She very patiently worked with him to design his bathroom and valued his opinion during the process. His bathroom came together beautifully and he loves it! Now for the challenge of the master bath. Although I changed the design and color schemes at least 3 times (I was overwhelmed with the number of choices), Kat never lost patience and worked tirelessly until the design was perfect. Even during installation, I had my hesitation about my selections, but I must admit that what Kat suggested and I ultimately went with turned out beautiful. I love my new bathroom more than I thought I would! She understood my needs and desires and found the perfect combination of tiles, fixtures, trims, etc. to pull it all together for me! After hearing horror stories about things going wrong, I am very grateful for discovering Kat and Mega/Deluxe Kitchen and Bath. She displayed design knowledge and professionalism, but her personal care and attention to the little things are really what made things come together for me. I had a fabulous experience with Mega Kitchen and Bath. I had a kitchen remodel (from totally gutted to looking like a model home) and a half-bath remodel (bringing 1980s color, accessories and fixtures into 2017)! I am the first to admit that I cannot pick colors, styles or accessories. But, the designer, Kat looked at my current home, asked many questions and was able to guide me through picking out beautiful pieces. Ibrahim was there at every step of the way making sure measurements, orders and progress were on track. Miguel was the foreman of the actual team. He was always so polite and helpful. He would let me know when to expect them or if they were delayed. Ibrahim and Kat made several trips out to my house to check on colors and accents. We added crown molding on some upper cabinets, after the majority of the work, to give it a little extra finishing detail. I was amazed that the team cleaned up literally multiple times a day. They were very respectful of our time and other rooms in our house. Kat helped me choose a quartz counter top that is the crowning jewel of the kitchen. I hope you will consider using this business for your remodeling plans. I felt comfortable with them working in my house and giving me excellent recommendations for products. Everything went extremely well. We were very pleased with Ibrahim , the sales and design representative. He talked to us at length about what we wanted done, and he also made numerous helpful suggestions. The work was done mostly by MKB's own staff. The owner, Emre, maintained close oversight of the work and close communication with us throughout the project. He also made useful recommendations. Ibrahim and Emre's suggestions were especially valuable regarding the cabinet vendor, sink location, lighting fixtures, and the numbers and placement of drawers and cabinets. All the MKB staff were extremely courteous and friendly, including Aldo, who carried out most of the work. Emre was very careful to make sure we knew what the total cost was likely to be and to explain and justify any supplemental work needs they encountered. The project was completed in only four weeks, which was also the timetable they had told us they hoped to meet before the work began. The materials were just what we wanted and the work was carried out with high quality and attention to detail. Finally, we were very satisfied with the way Mkb worked closely with us to ensure that the project was consistent with our functional and design objectives, while fleshing out and enhancing those objectives with their own knowledge and experience. read more

Mega Kitchen and Bath was stellar. Ibrahim and Laissa were responsive, knowledgeable, generous with their time, and met our needs despite a tight and unforgiving timeline. We needed a few extra efforts on their part for various reasons, including having a newborn, so their and their team's reliability and performance were critical. Perhaps most importantly, the workmanship was excellent. We had the right amount of visibility to confirm or correct next steps without needing to always be on-site or beg for details. They came to us with the right questions and quickly resolved the (minor) questions where there had been miscommunication (which feels inevitable for, in our case, a full gutting and rebuild of a bathroom). And we threw more than one curveball their way to -- including a change in tile and wallpaper plans -- which they and their team hit out of the park. This was the biggest project of this sort for our family so far, and it couldn't go wrong, despite being highly likely to spin out in several ways because of myriad context. So that's a deeply appreciated 5/5 from us -- the kind you feel grateful for during the first Christmas in your first home. read more

You hear so many horror stories about things going wrong, however, words can not express how much I love my new kitchen! The transformation is amazing...beyond words. With design assistance and guidance from Katherine Bradshaw, Mega Kitchen and Bath remodeled my kitchen replacing cabinets, sink, faucet, countertop, tile backsplash, adding under counter lighting and converting from an electric range to a gas range. She took my list of requirements, guided me through the process and the end result is a beautiful, more functional awesome kitchen! The company uses quality products at competitive pricing . Grover & Johnny were the 2 primary workers on the project and their work ethic is impressive. They showed up on schedule and worked diligently the entire time they were on site. They respected my home and took care not to cause any damage. All construction debris was disposed of promptly. my first yelp review for mega kitchens and bath was removed because it apparently did not give enough details about my experience , so here goes my attempt at a more detailed review: Mega was contracted to remodel a bathroom in our home. They screwed up the electric re-wire which caused us to not have any power in the "completed" bathroom. They said they'd fix the issue. Two weeks and 8 calls later, no response, or follow up. I guess our check cleared. We hired another company to resolve the issue. The new contracted laughed at the job mega had done. Oh and Mega also chipped a new $1,400 porcelain sink and pretended that it was delivered in that condition. Not true, as I examined the sink post delivery. Because of that, the sink had to be re ordered and our project delayed almost 3 weeks. read more

We absolutely love our new bathroom and powder room. We had a total gut job on both rooms. Kat the designer was fabulous; she in no way pushed any particular brands or items, but guided us in making smart choices, using her knowledge and expertise to steer us away from choices we may later regret. Kat also kept us within our budget. Ibrahim, the project manager was extremely responsive throughout the project; answering all my questions and concerns. He'd be on site regularly to see how the project was going. David, the in house contractor was great, worked efficiently and was very detail oriented. Great company and great value for money. We selected Mega Kitchen & bath to completely remodel our master bathroom and they did a fantastic job. The project involved a complete demolition of bathroom down the studs , replacement of sheetrock and ceiling , installing a new larger corner tub and stand up shower , installing travertine tile on the floor and around tub and shower area, installation a new toilet , silestone countertop , new sink ,light. Throughout the process , new creations kept us constantly updated on the schedule. They were extremely courteous and sensitive to all our needs and concerns , they were fanatical about making sure that everything was done to perfection. Mega did great work from design through construction, installation, and finishing touches. Ibrahim promptly met all of our requests, and their workmanship was excellent. Katherine Bradshaw was an invaluable resource. She was a knowledgeable designer who listened to us and provided great input throughout the process. Both Kat and Ibrahim were always accessible and returned all communications promptly. It was a big job but Ibrahim and his team finished on time (on a tight schedule) and were thorough about taking care of everything on our punch list. My experience with Mega Kitchen/ bath started and ended with a phone call. I called to inquire about using their services for a project in my condo. I called once and was told that they'd phone me back within the hour. I waited a bit but the guy at Mega did not phone me back, so I called another company the next day. The guy from Mega phoned me back over two days later and I told him that I already had other companies coming to meet me and see the space, but thanks anyway. The man from Mega was extremely nasty. Excellent job. They were contracted to remodel our hallway bathroom. The flooring, vanity and toilet were replaced. Work was completed without hassle - estimate was completed in a timely fashion. Strong selection of countertops/flooring/vanities. After the estimate is complete, they have a project manager who helps oversee the project to make sure all details are taken care of. He did a great job answering my questions and ensuring a smooth process. The bathroom itself looks great - impeccable job. We definitely did not share the experiences noted before us - and chose Mega Kitchen and Bath off of Angies list reviews. After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections.
