The parking lot is always packed, but since they redid the traffic route at the gas station that is a very quick in and out experience now! The staff is always friendly here, and there are often great samples going on around the meal times. Overall, this is a very standard Costco experience, but with the central location expect much larger crowds than most others!

I asked if I could exchange them because they are not working properly and the "manager" on duty advised me that I had one week to return/exchange any thing ( which keep in mind...the receipt doesn't have any information at ALL about their return policy) . I told her they stopped working and per your return policy on your website ( that I had to Google myself) states you have 14 days to exchange accessories. She refused to help me in any kind of way and said I should come back when the man who sold them to me was there??? I told her I have a full time job and pregnant I don't feel like I should have to guess when the guy is working ( also the name of the employees are also not listed on the receipt) I was not rude nor did I raise my voice at this lady but it's extremely frustrating when you spend $25 for two phone chargers and you simply want an exchange the item and it's impossible to do so when you have the receipt and packaging. She also refused to give me her name as well. In conclusion, I don't believe that this lady was actually a manager. She wasn't aware of her own store policies when I questioned her and had to look up the information myself. She should probably have some kind of refresher training. Also I feel truly bad for anyone who spends over $100 on a phone or anything because it seems like they have loop holes to not give you your money back or to exchange anything. I was surprised by how huge this location is! The entrance is a little wonky the first time you pull in, but they have plenty of signs directing traffic, so it was easy enough to figure out. The staff was friendly, and the wash itself was quick and efficient. I noticed they also offer detailing services, and after seeing the size of the facility, I wish I had planned enough time to take advantage of them. I'll definitely be coming back when I can set aside a little extra time. It's a great option if you're in the area and want more than just a standard car wash.

The locations of Russell Speeder's are convenient and spread all over Omaha. It is fast and easy to go through on my way or after a long day of work. My favorite aspect of this car wash is that the membership includes free vacuums AND cleaning supplies. I have been to a number of other car washes in Omaha that don't include free car sprays and charge up to $5 for a measly cleaning packet, and what sold me on Russell Speeder's was their inclusion of several add-ons for their membership. The military discount also made a significant discount on the membership, which I greatly appreciated. I recommend Russell Speeders to everyone I know looking for a car wash in Omaha!
