She completely made a mess of the project. Instead of using recommended bondo for adhesive she allowed her workers to use it for fillers..then blames me for her using bondo. 1. She admitted she did not supervise the work. 2. She admitted it looked like #$%@. 3. Made numerous excuses like i had to prove the roof didnt leak. sent her roof work done prior to her work. She said I had to sign a legal document which she never sent. Didnt even express what her legal doc was for. I scheduled a meeting with her to discuss the work. Instead of bringing a contractor she brought her oversized overgrown husband to intimidate me. His solution...he said i would have to pay an additional $300 but didnt say what i would be paying for.He couldnt even explain why i should pay the additional amount. Didnt even know a thing about it. However said he would send me info from contractors about what was needed to be done within the week. Nothing ever was presented. I have at least 6 text messages within the 6 months that she said she would be on site to fix the mess. Never showed up! 6 months later she said she found a contractor and he would be over to fix. Weeks later..message she has a contractor and apologized for not having it done but she was ON VACATION. Donna knew that it was a critical issue because it was HOA violation. She at one point bragged she doesnt warrant her work! Bottom line i paid $600+ for a job she committed to do. After numerous efforts and frustration on my part i hired someone else. Paid less than paid to Donna. Got it done within three days with high quality of work. If you want to throw away money. Deal with incompetence, unprofessional, unethical fabrications of multiple excuses then Donna from Keystone is your gal! I wouldnt trust her to push a broom. As they say ASSUME THE RISK if you hire her for anything. Dont throw away your $$$$ with this company owned and operated by Donna.
