The worst sound. My home theater has far better sound quality. The last movie I saw there, the volume was so low that people in the audience kept asking their friends what was just said. Plus MAGA-plex has 14 screens in town, yet only 5 movies are playing. I have to drive 25 miles to a town 1/3 the size just to see new releases that don't come. I pray nightly that maybe a real theater chain will come to Logan one day. read more

I love this theater! It is quiet and always has great popcorn! I like to order my tickets on the app prior to going, but they recently added a service charge to every ticket purchased online...The best days to go are on Tuesdays for $6! Some of the theaters have reclining seats, and if you go on Tuesdays, those seats are still discounted. So...if you can, upgrade to those seats for the same price! Treat yourself ;) read more

Not something you usually expect at a movie theater, but we got the greatest customer service I've ever received at a theater. They were preparing our order the moment we walked in. Our last two times coming to this theater have been pretty poor experiences. The first time they had subtitles up the entire movie. We went out and asked and they said they are required to play it with subtitles a certain number of times per week. They also said there was nobody in the theater who requested in but they would t turn them off because they wanted to check the requirement box. Today we just saw the new Ninja Turtle movie and we were told as we sat down that it was in 3D. It very clearly was not in 3D which is fine. However, it appears they just told people that to coverup a messed up projector. The entire movie was shaking and vibrating causing motion sickness. We asked other people in the theater if that was their experience too and everyone we talked to agreed it was a shaky mess. We mentioned it to the staff who dismissed it as "must have just been the seat you were in." That doesn't even make sense. Movies aren't super cheap for a big family and this was a horrible experience. We've always had such good experiences with other Megaplex Theaters so it's extremely disappointing to have had two bad experiences with this one back to back. read more

Not a great movie theater, the non luxury seats were extremely uncomfortable to sit in. Also screen 5 has four pixels that were blown out right in the middle of the screen! So whatever you do, stay away from screen 5! read more

Positive reviews all around! This theater is right outside of Logan, and I enjoy going to it because it's never been too crowded. They are also always up to date with the most recent movies, the employees are kind and helpful, and the theater is stellar. When going to movies, I always try to get row G--right smack dab in the middle. There is never a BAD seat, but if you want the BEST seat, try G6. I once found a dollar there too, and that was pretty neat. Like I said, the employees were all great. They helped us reserve our seats and gave us delicious treats. The popcorn is killer, and the best part? You can put your own butter on it. So smother it baby, none of that "healthy" stuff, you're here to enjoy yourself! So let down your hair, and treat yourself to some popcorn with all butter. TIPS & TRICKS: * Get a Megaplex Rewards Card, THEN be sure to register it online! You will build up points and get free goodies almost every time you go; my roommate got a large popcorn, I got $2 off of a $10 concession purchase, as well as a free beverage. * Try purchasing your tickets online, and then show up after the previews. It's seriously one of the best options ever. * The theater is also around some restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. 10 dollar tickets for dollar theater experience. Came to a viewing of Battle Angel Alita in 3d, the best part of this experience I would say is I had the theater to myself. There were no recliner chairs, I would say the screen was about 20' x 10', the picture was fuzzy the whole time, the staff were not at shop attentive to my patronage and for the ten dollars I paid for the ticket I am entirely unimpressed with any measure of my experience. Perhaps I'm spoiled with AMC in larger cities, but frankly Larry H Miller should be ashamed to have his name associated with this theater. We saw The Lion King tonight. The theater screen is in bad shape with stains and a large mark or tare from the top that is about 3 feet long. The sound is tinny and lacks bass and the seats...well, not comfortable at all. The entire experience reminded me of going to the old dollar theaters decades ago. Not impressive whatsoever. read more

I like Megaplex more than Cinemark, but their Monopoly of Logan has made them pretty lethargic. This is the better of the three theaters in Logan, but not as great as what I'm used to. I know that can sound condescending, but if a theater in Heber can get upgrades to modernize it inside, this one can too. The inside is just old and really needs to be changed up. The theaters themselves are okay, but can be pretty dingy and small. The seats for the theater I was in absolutely needed to be reupholstered or at least cleaned thoroughly. The sound is really all over the place too, where the theaters I've been in have either been far too loud or far too quiet. The workers do a good job with what they have, but they do need more working space to make the lines to go faster. Not horrible, it for sure is the best in Logan, but it's not that great compared to any others in the state. read more

The movie was blurry the whole time. when a couple people complained about it the workers just said it was cuz it was 3D but I have seen a lot 3d movies. none of them were even close to that bad. it only was blurry without the glasses but here it was blurry both ways. like it was abnormally blurry & the 3D hardly came out. I would've rather watched it normal. for example some of the characters were hard to even make out..... the girl serving popcorn too was all by herself with so much people in like. I felt for her cuz she was sweet. I'm surprised no worker at least checked to see the blurryness of the movie. people were shouting from their seats & I think after he got told it was just how it was we all kinda gave up. everyone who watched Jurassic world in 3D on June 14th at 8:45 pm should be refunded. read more

MAN SLIPPED WET FLOOR 5 MINUTES AGO. I WENT TOLD TWO HIGH MANAGERS NOTIFIED BY ME. THEY IGNORED ME I TOLD THEM 3 TIMES. THE GUY IN A TIE SAID "SO" . I was ignored until man came out behind me he has a bump on wrist and a bleeding cut inside wrist. He said to both of them why isn't there a sign up, there wasn't one. Tie guy then put one up. Gave the old man a free movie pass for his trouble said good night and left him. I gave him my number because I saw and slid my self. But, caught myself. Tried to book tickets online a couple of days back but their online system kept failing. Figured we'd risk it and turn up 15 mins before the film to buy tickets there. The lobby was jam packed, there was no hope of getting snacks before the show, so we waited at the SINGLE ticket machine. We were 4th in line. We eventually got our tickets and got into the show luckily just as the film began. The seats were comfortable and recline. There weren't many people in our showing so that was a plus point, but overall not an enjoyable experience stressing about missing the start of the movie. Fix the online system and increase the size of the lobby or install more ticket machines! read more

Everyone is so kind here and the luxury seating is the best. Never had a bad experience with the staff at this theater. In fact I've seen someone experience a seizure in one of the movie showings and the staff was super responsive and trained for incidences like that and got the ambulance there. read more

Michael it right. Slipping on a wet floor is dangerous especially when there is no signage to warn you. I was lucky I was not seriously injured but I will wait and see if there is any future repercussions as I landed hard on both knees. What was truly appalling is the I don't give a dam attitude on the part of the Manager, Rory. Saying I am sorry and the staff needs better training really doesn't cut it neither does a couple of passes. There was no concern expressed or an attempt to ensure that I was alright. read more

Same theater that was here 10-15yrs ago, and Megaplex did nothing to improve it when they purchased it. The sound at this theater is always too quiet. I hate going here because I can't hear the movie over the people around me. I drive down to Ogden to go to Cinemark for big releases to avoid the theaters in town. Better experience. Larry H Miller Megaplex is really just being greedy with these theaters in their refusal to update them. I have a brother in law who worked for Larry H Miller 10yrs ago when I was living in Logan, and he said they were planning to build a nice theater here. I move back years later and all they did was buy the existing theaters out and do nothing to improve them. read more
