Fabulous service... Washer died during my packing for a cross-country move! Dropped off multiple loads during a 3 month period...some large and extra large used for animal care. Always received back neatly folded in plastic bag with my name, reasonable prices and fast return. They will text you when pick up is ready with a cute message, my favorite..."your laundry wants to go home". I wish I could remember woman's name who runs this service, she is friendly, professional and consistent with excellent service....I highly recommend! read more

This is a GREAT place to do laundry outside the home. Environment and Green location. The young lady working the counter must have been in high school was professional and knowledgeable on all of there machines. I took 3 loads of darks and was able to place them in one of the medium washers using only 1/4 cup of liquid laundry detergent and cost was $6.50 for 30 minutes of good washing laundry, The dryer was large and was able to dry all of my dark clothes in 40 minutes. I will return to support this mom and pop location when in town. read more

This is the worst laundromat I have ever used. the Maytag dryers don't dry and the woman at the counter is super rude and more concerned about listening to music. she doesn't say please or thank you. do not use the Maytag dryers! they will suck you dry. read more

This place is very clean. It has the latest hours. The location is a little inconvenient. I'm not used to taking my clothes to a laundromat, so lugging my dirty laundry into Megawash that's located in a shopping center, I felt strange with a lack of privacy. There is always an attendant there who keeps the place immaculate. You can purchase a laundry card or use your Credit card. I chose to get cash at Safeway due to the $35 deposit when you swipe your CC. Twenty dollars in quarters is a workout on the fingers and unnecessary. I will recommend this laundromat because it's open late, there is an attendant always on duty, and it's always clean. read more

It's very clean, cheap, and the staff are friendly--except maybe the pet bird, Boba, she can be a little too protective of the coin machine, aka "her new nest". Not a bad place by any means. The dryers did take thirty minutes and a decent amount of money to wind up still a bit damp. Though we did switch our laundry mid dry to a different dryer because the first wasn't drying at all. When I took my laundry out of the wash there was lint on all my black laundry that wasn't there prior to the wash. I choose the $3.25 wash instead of the 2.75 hoping it would be clean but honestly I could still smell a bit of the gym on our clothes. I did use a normal amount of laundry detergent even a bit more than usually. The bathrooms are off locked and limits during the hours without an attendant. There's no water and only five chairs are in a small spot next to each other and only one outlet to charge a phone. If you come here to do laundry it's not a great place to sit and wait for it. read more

This is by far my favorite laundromat in Bellingham. I am a massage therapist and I like to wash my own sheets so I am there at least once a week. It is always exceptionally clean which is a big plus. I really like the big machines that can fit so many sheets at one time and then they also have giant dryers that can dry very quickly. It takes very little time to get my sheets done, and I feel completely comfortable running errands while my sheets are washing. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She helped guide me the first time I was there to determine which machines would be most cost effective and efficient for my needs. I've also seen her help others out and always with a smile. Extremely clean and open late with free Wi-Fi. The machines are well maintained and the owners are always around to help. I come all the way from Blaine when I need to catch up on my laundry and get homework done as well. It really helps that they have super comfy office chairs at the tables also and large capacity machines and dryers. read more

Always open late which is great for my schedule! The place is constantly being cleaned and will taken care of VS your typical laundry mat. Even if it's completely empty they will keep the doors open till "last call" to start a new load. Prices are a little higher than others but that may be due to the fact that they are the only local mat open till 1am daily! Other than that no real complaints. I enjoy the owners, husband and wife and their little dog who is very well behaved and friendly! read more

Don't use dryer 63. We put in enough for 45 minutes and our clothes were no dryer than when they came out of the washer. No one on duty to assist with that problem and no phone number to call. This shop is on the smaller side so if it's busy you might have to wait. There is another coin op in Bellingham by trader joes - the large dryer there dried our clothes in 15 minutes! read more

My new go-to dry-cleaning establishment! The owner is so very friendly and helpful--a total sweetheart. Her low-key and friendly chihuahua, Lola, was on hand to greet patrons. I took a queen-sized down comforter and a full-sized "faux" fur throw in for cleaning. It was ready in a couple of days and, being the forgetful person that I am, fully appreciated the kind email reminder that I had belongings that needed retrieval. Love this place! I have two cats and so my comforters at home get crazy amounts of fur on them. My washer doesn't get all of the hair off. So I will often use their drop off service and leave my sheets and comforters (they charge by the pound, 5lb minimum). Within a few hours, they're all ready to go! I needed to find a laundromat in Bellingham, Washington. The laundry room in our home caught fire and I needed to find a place to do my laundry for awhile until the whole disaster was sorted out with the insurance company and rebuild. I found Mega Wash Laundry and Cleaners at the Sunset Square in Bellingham. The place was amazingly clean. I had tons of different new machines to choose from. My favorite is the machine that you can put your laundry in, it locks, and you can leave while it washes and drys it keeping it locked the whole time I am gone for one hour! It allowed me to do my shopping or take the kids out to eat. There is an attendant on duty most of the time. There is plenty of parking and it is located in a good neighborhood and safe shopping area. There is also a large flat screen TV in which I was able to keep up with the news events, and I was even told by the attendant I could change the channel if I wanted. There is a bathroom with a large basin, and different machine price ranges depending on my weekly laundry budget. I could get in and out quickly, especially since we are a family of 4 that has a lot of dirty kids clothes to contend with. The other patrons were always friendly and I enjoyed my time while I was there. read more

Wanted to give this place zero stars. Never going back. Dirty old laundry mat. Owner on site and is very unhelpful. Dryers absolutely suck. I spent over $9.00 to dry my laundry! Do not go to this place. You'll be wasting your money. Washer broke with my laundry in it. Clothes were soaking wet from the washer and never tried. read more
