Horrible hold times, total failure to deliver the change, never got anyone to correct the bill. I spent over 30min on hold 4 separate times, giving up. My wife just spent over an hour on hold, no one answered. Sent emails. No response. Tried multiple avenues, all failed. They are overcharging us now by 30/month. Terrible, terrible customer service. Avoid if you can.

The service you receive from any company as far as quality goes is going to be based on the EXACT location you are getting that service. While Dr. Eddie was responsive and effective during the sales process and completed the initial installation himself, communication stopped entirely once the installation was finished. Almost immediately after setup, we experienced multiple issues with our DirecTV system. Despite numerous attempts to contact him--via voicemail, text messages, and repeated follow-ups--we received no response. As a result, we were forced to spend several hours working directly with DirecTV customer support to resolve ongoing problems with the remote and the Genie system that should have been addressed by the installer. The lack of post-installation support was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Due to these unresolved issues and the complete absence of follow-through, we ultimately canceled DirecTV service and returned to Comcast. Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution before engaging Dr. Eddie for DirecTV services.

WELL our cd player comes on when it wants to, the stereo makes this horrible high pitched noise through the speakers and is getting worse. Have only had it for a little over a month. Took it back up there the guy was rude, said he never had a problem with them and they said they listened to our radio and never heard ANYTHING. Well that's a lie as soon as we got back in our car it was doing it again and even more. He blamed it on our speakers which were PERFECTLY fine before they got a hold of our new car. Says if we replace our speakers it will work.. well i got news for ya'll messed up speakers DON"T make a radio not come on.. it doesn't have power to it sometimes. They wired it wrong and won't even fix it. They are just out to rip people off and make their money, they do not care about service or their customers. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Please go somewhere else. Save your money and get it done right.
