Let start off by thanking the team over at this store, THANK YOU SO MUCH!…read more Sales rep Vincent worked diligently to get me the best promo offers he could to get me out of my previous carrier. I was switching over 4 lines and got an amazing deal. He's very welcoming and professional, in fact the whole team was. I did run into a promotional issue that wasn't applied at the date of sale. However, the Managers, Carmen, and Emily, were super helpful even when customer service said there was nothing they could do to help me. Emily really went beyond any expectations to assist with my issue and used all of her resources to make sure I was satisfied, which am!! Also, thank you to Daniel who also helped me and my son get his new iPhone 17 setup. Super nice and helpful!! This is my go to store because of the awesome customer service!!!

Verizon Lost My Order and Wasted My Time -- New Customer, Already Regret It. I made an online order…read morefor Verizon 5G Home Internet and went to the store to pick it up. The employee handed me the device, gave me two printed receipts, and I even received the receipt by email. Everything seemed fine. When I got home and tried to set up the device on my Verizon account, it showed that I had never picked up the equipment. I called tech support, and after they contacted the store, I was told the store claimed they never had a customer with my name and had no record of me picking up the device. How is that possible when I have the device in my possession, two receipts from the store, and an emailed receipt from Verizon? Now I have to waste more time and gas driving back to the store to fix a problem that Verizon created. As a brand-new customer, this is one of the worst first impressions I've ever had from a company. The lack of communication between the store, account system, and customer support is unbelievable. If this is how Verizon handles a simple pickup order, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be when dealing with larger issues. I do not recommend Verizon based on this experience. Save yourself the headache and consider other providers like T-Mobile or AT&T instead.

My dad died last week and I have been helping my mom get everything sorted…read more If you've never gone through this experience it is quite grueling, on top of being emotional, since there are just so many things to do you are completely at the mercy of each vendor to close everything out, it can be very very stressful. The rep we spoke to earlier in the week instructed we stop into a store as soon as we got dad's death certificate. So we did. However, this was apparently not the process we were supposed to follow. After helping us get customer service on the line again, Heather, the store manager, hearing how our conversation was going with this second service rep, sat with us and helped walk us through everything. When we hung up for the second time we still didn't have the issue resolved, so she called them again with us. After an hour + in the store, my mom was finally good to go. Now, I've been a Verizon customer since I was 16 years old and I stay with them for their customer service, but don't think I have ever had someone so invested in making sure we had the help we needed. I seriously cannot say thank you enough. The kindness and compassion she showed my mom and I, especially sitting with us through two (in store) calls to customer service, after they told us that they couldn't help, was unparalleled. Thank you, again, Heather.

Most confusing place to do in-person business ever! The parking lot…read moreIs full, and so is the store. That is a a good thing. There is no rhyme or reason to check out! My wife walked over and picked out a phone case that she really wanted...and we stood and watched people for ten minutes. Couldn't figure out if we were supposed to check in or how to check out. There is no register or customer service...just a few folks with a Verizon polo engaged in pleasantries with random folks strewn around the store. How do I get myself into these things? Don't get me wrong--I LOVE brick and mortar. I won't be back here again unless I have no choice, though. They have lost the art of interacting with people, and their accessory inventory is very limited.
