Amazing! Found her through Groupon so I was a little iffy. Got a Brazilian wax and she was very friendly. Quick, relatively painless, and very thorough. She mentioned that she offers membership for waxes, so will definitely be doing that! It's a little hard to find but you are looking for a spa office that rents out spots to individuals. Came here based on the reviews. Mehreen is super nice and personable. She did a great and thorough job threading my eyebrows, lip and chin. I got a membership which was very reasonable compared to a one time visit. The place is a bit hard to find - you are looking for Sola and then within that, little spaces are rented out to beauticians and Beauty Lounge is one of them. It's on the 4th floor. read more

So I went in to discuss the issue with Mehreen and "her boss" because that was the only way to get my refund. Her boss was very obviously her husband but you would never guess that by the way she referred to him throughout the entire visit; I don't know who they thought they were fooling but it wasn't me. I spent about an hour of my time sitting there feeling like I was being scolded for my initial yelp review and i was getting the feeling that was their way of trying to sway my opinion but it did not. They also made it a point to show me the size of every other studio to make their point that theirs isn't as small as I think it is. She was able to sqeeze me in last second. Pretty easy to find her studio - she had a comfy place to lay and had a nice cozy blanket for when I took my shoes off. She had no problem on accommodating, an spent 2 hours "fixing" me. My eyebrows and upper lips got threading, and she gave me a super-discounted facial that included fancy creams, a Vit-C mask, black heads extraction and so on. Mehreen is great! She came in super last minute to do my lashes. One tip: slightly longer than your normal lashes may turn out a lot longer... Not sure if it was poor communication on my part or what but they definitely turned out MUCH longer than my real lashes. However, the length was merely my preference and the technique behind them was fabulous! If you want them to look natural, be sure to specify that and be very clear about not wanting them to be too long. read more
