I first heard of Petit Lash and Spa from a friend after just moving to the Seattle area from California. I had been getting extensions for over a year and really needed a trusted salon to continue filling my eyelashes. This place did not disappoint! I've now been seeing Lisa for over two years now. She is very easy to talk to and always makes you feel like you are in good hands. Her salon is clean and very cozy and she always has the best music set on her pandora station right before offering up her fuzzy blanket. The salon is very easy to find and there usually is open street parking in front of the building (free of charge). Lisa seems to always make sure there is a clear understanding of expectations as well. I find comfort in know that she understands what I want. I also really appreciate how thorough she has been with my applications. She does her very best to get an extension on every last lash! My lashes always end up looking FULL & FABULOUS. Just WOW! I had my eyebrows micro bladed by Karissa!! She is such a caring and talented aesthetician and "browologist!" My natural brows have thinned drastically in the past couple of years and it was a daily challenge to brush or draw them on! This is my first time taking the time to write a review on here, but Lisa at Petite Spa & Lash definitely deserves it. If you're on the fence about where to go, look no further! I have seen Lisa twice now for my first set of lashes ever and now a fill, and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else! She is an absolute artist within her profession and takes her time to make sure your lashes are perfect. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first got mine done, but I did NOT expect them to look this good. I have naturally long and full lashes on my own, but I was tired of mascara making them clump together and felt like I could never get them to keep a curl. Since getting my extensions done, I haven't worn mascara in over a month and have received more compliments on my lashes then ever before. They look so nice that I find I wear less makeup over all even!! I'm hooked. The experience getting them done was also way better than I anticipated. Lisa's little one room studio is incredibly comfortable and charming. I love the work Karissa does with my face and brows!! I am new to getting facials and have had a hard time with wax in the past. Threading thinned my brows and I now have bald spots in certain areas. Karissa gave me a gentle facial, waxed my brows and tinted them to help hide any spots that were showing. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! :) I've been seeing Karissa for my skin for about a year and a few months now. The results have been more than I could have ever hoped for. I started out with REALLY bad acne scars, discoloration, and hormonal jawline acne. It was my biggest insecurity and I felt like it was all people looked at. My only regret is that we didn't take before and after pictures, because the change my skin has gone through in a years time is unreal. Now if I get a tiny zit here or there I think its the end of the world, but they are few and far between! I started doing Vitalize peels to reduce the scaring and discoloration and they work wonders, definitely my favorite! I know its hard to find someone good in Seattle, so here you go. If I could give Karissa more stars I would. I saw her for a pre wedding facial and my skin is glowing and radiant. I've been extremely stressed with wedding planning and last minute problems but after about 10 minutes I was fully relaxed. Your search for a lash spa is done. Lisa's the best. My first set of lashes were a gift from a friend; I needed a little extra war paint at the time, and we last minute ducked into a nail salon to have them done. I was hooked. However, after a couple times at the same salon, I started to research other options, as my lashes looked a bit more dolled up than I had hoped, and were often too heavy for my lashes, twisting and falling into my eyes after only a few days. I live on Capitol Hill and had a number of options near home, but I had a good gut feeling about Lisa's page, and first saw her a few years ago when she was still in Fremont. Immediately, upon my first appointment, I knew I had made the right decision, and I have been seeing her ever since. Her Ballard location, much like her last, feels like a most welcome exhale. I can sink soundly into slumber readily (which isn't always easy for me to do) and wake up feeling like a princess. I have always felt immediately comfortable in her space, and she seems to intuitively know if I'm there to relax in silence, or chat. If hair therapy is a real thing, Lisa's the epitome of lash therapy. To be frank, I simply enjoy her company. She is as professional as she is human, and I most appreciate my visits for feeling such comfort in the middle of my week. As for the lashes themselves, I receive compliments constantly. I work in a few restaurants and interact with new people constantly, and at least daily, I'm asked if they're real and where I had them done. She takes time to match the weight and length of each lash to my own so they look more natural than most. They also last much longer than the sets I had before I began seeing her. Additionally, she's real about my own personal lash care, and has promised to let me know when she feels my actual lashes may need a break. Lisa microbladed my brows this week and I AM AMAZED! I really didn't know what to expect, but the results have blown me and everyone else away. Karissa is my eyebrow goddess! I do NOT let anyone else touch my brows. I have weird eyebrows in the sense that I am missing some hair (naturally) in a very crucial spot, and Karissa is the ONLY brow tech that has been able to successfully disguise my defect. My face has looked so much better as a whole after she worked on them, because brows really do make or break your face! They offer excellent prices, especially when you get multiple services.
