I called to ask about blood test results that were concerning, didn't get a call back for a month. Later, I went to emergency, listed Shiloh as my primary care. Three months later, they followed up. Two months ago, I took a urine test. Today they called and left a msg that they needed to talk to me about the results. I immediately called back and got the answer machine, which said the machine was full and could not take any other messages. They still have not called me back. I went back to my old physician.
