The prices are too high sometimes by 100% over local competitors and FE is taking advantage of regular customers. What'sore the employees seem to think the customers aren't needed. Not a great business model. I have supported the business sometimes more than once a day and sometimes different locations but every day I am there spending money I could spend elsewhere. Sometimes when you overcharge people they don't complain, they just don't come back. If you feel you have too much traffic keep the prices where they are and allow the employees to run roughshod over the customers and that problem will take care of itself

I don't go inside, I just pump gas but it is awesome. Super quick and efficient, I am there for maybe 5 minutes. They also are usually fairly cheep compared to some of the other spots around. They have a ton of pumps which is great cause it is usually pretty busy but I can still get a spot. It's the perfect place to stop when I'm driving for a long time, and I know it'll be fast and all the pumps will work!
