They really should tell you when you set up your appointment or ask if you want to set up a second exam. Update: they did call today with three canceled appointments. Decided to try somewhere else, since there have been a lot of issues here. My son had an exam on the 13th and they just sent the glasses out four or six days ago. No one told us that the frames just came in that day and that was the hold up - until I spoke with them today. When my husband went to pick up his glasses they had the lenses in the wrong frame and he said they just had them in a drawer mixed together. They have a trial contact in for one eye for my husband who was seen on the 13th as well and they won't give the script until he gets the trial contracts. Apparently - they are on back order but my husband was told they expected them to be there in a few days. Hopefully the doctor can just finalize the prescription so we can go somewhere else. Would not recommend.

Initially they wouldn't let me return them because I didn't have the boxes that the custom pieces of the frame came in. The problem was that I had never received these boxes at the airport due to their policies. After much arguing with the rude manager, she decided to give me a refund but then goes on to charge me for the microfiber bag. They told me my bag didn't match the one on the receipt. I understand inventory from working at a retail store but all those bags are the same price and in the name of good customer service, most places would process the full return regardless. Nevertheless the manager continued to argue that she would charge me for the bag due to this discrepancy. Both the manager(Jeff) and the salesperson continued to tell me that I was lying about the bag and claimed that they were doing me a favor by returning the glasses in the first place. This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with a retailer, and if this is what Oakley stands for, then I won't ever be buying from this brand again.

First time here Labor Day weekend hoping to catch some sales....not much going on. It's annoying to…read morego to an outlet store just to have the same price as the regular store or online. They have the typical outlet stores like Coach, Old Navy, etc. but they do have a Pottery Barn. We walked in, not very busy and literally NOT ONE EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGED US or even said "hi" despite us walking right in front of them. They seemed to have some decent prices, but items I liked were too big to take home on the plane :-) I was surprised they had a Goodwill next door....full of really cool Halloween items....the best items were big animated figures for $299....little pricey for something they received for free, but that is typical goodwill. Clothing and household section was small in my opinion. I was looking forward to the Lululemon store, but not too impressed with the prices. Most prices are the same as the online prices "We Made Too Much." I came back after the Labor Day weekend thinking maybe they might have different deals....NOPE. Same stuff and same prices. I have to say, the employees here were not friendly here either so maybe it is a Michigan thing? Not the most impressive outlet, but if you like outlet shopping....maybe you might get better deals...ya never know :-)

Stopped at Lume in Frankenmuth with a couple of buddies before dinner, and they did not disappoint…read more H buddies and I decided we were heading to zehndars for an absolute feast, so naturally we had to make a pit stop at Lume to grab a couple of pre-rolls and get properly tuned up beforehand The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Great customer service all around. The pre-rolls were and did exactly what they were supposed to do. By the time we headed into dinner, we were feeling just right. Five stars, hands down. Will definitely be stopping back next time I'm in Frankenmuth.
