It was 1:29 and they knew we had been waiting for 30+ minutes, with no cars behind us anymore. A total lack of respect and care for their customers, incredibly immature, especially when dealing with prescription medicine that people depend on to live. That is the East Lansing college town. This one is for the actual townsfolk and it's not a very high income town but they have some amazing food around the area. This particular Pharmacy has your typical very high prices and service wasn't great and there wasn't anybody to answer the question that I needed answering. Having said that I'm glad they were here because I eventually got what I needed and that's what these places are here for. How do I know if I had to go into Walmart or something, that they would even have it. And Walmarts are zoos. This place was nice and quiet.

I cannot get through their phone lines and keep getting transferred to different departments. I am very disappointed that they only have two people in the auto department that are supposed to handle the volume that comes in every day. No wonder they do not have time to answer the phone. Since I cannot make an appointment online to have them fix my tires, I am going to have to drive all the way there and wait until they have time. I always get my meds filled here because it's close to home. But this time was a great experience…read more I was at the pharmacy picking up a prescription today. I am fighting something off, so I was picking up cough drops & looking for strawberry chapstick. The last working check all the places they have chapstick for the season. Then when she couldn't find any, she went to the cashier, who looked through his bin at the register to get me the last one. And this was all without my knowledge while I was finishing up at the pharmacy. That kind of attention to customers is what makes a place stand out. I love that this place is so close to home.
