They have videos to watch and learn about the procedures. They answered all our questions. They treated my son with respect and dignity. The medication lasted 9 days after which the pain started to return. I called them on day 13 to have them renew my prescription or get me another that would eliminate my pain. I was told that their policy was they would only prescribe a new medication within 9 days of being seen and I would have to come back and pay another $179 to address my issue. My prescription didn't run out until 9 days passed! They also said my NP who prescribed my medication was off that day and and another attending would not write a script without seeing me first for another $179. What... I guess the other attending couldn't read my file, or even make a phone call to the NP??? This place is nothing but a money grab, forget being cared for like they care about you, it's all about the money!!!!!

I was seen, X-rayed, diagnosed, temporarily splinted and out the door in just over an hour! Every person was kind and friendly. I've since had my cast on and off, and every visit has been a similar experience. ALSO, I've had two steroid injections in my knee by two different PA's, and I've barely felt them!!
