I hated Walmart before this incident but I had no choice but to visit. The people are loonys and the service is horrible. I walked in and immediately regretted it. I walked down an aisle and saw a woman (at least I think it was a woman) that was wearing a side slot skirt so that the slit was in the back. I am scarred for life. read more

The Walmart Supercenter on the northside of Muncie is one of my favorites. I know the store well. Sometimes things are out of order, but the crowds that come to shop at this Walmart can be overwhelming. As a marketing tactic, they like to keep shoppers on their toes and seem to constantly have revolving items and new items and stands in the store. In my experience, the bathrooms have always been clean. And *most of the cashiers and customer-facing workers are very kind. Something that may help customers navigate the store would be to download the Walmart App. In it, you can search for anything you're looking for and it will name the exact isle it can be found on. Even when I'm shopping around Walmart, I have found myself assisting the customers by pulling up my app because they look like lost puppies. read more

Wow, traveling from Hawai'i on vacation I stopped with the wife and her brother to get some beer before we got to her sisters house in Muncie. Apparently you are not allowed to buy beer even if you are 33 if anyone with you, including family, is not 21 years of age. I asked even if my 16 month year old daughter was with me and they said they would still refuse me as it's WalMart's policy. A little frustrated as I understand there are laws to prevent illegal consumption, but why would I fly from Hawaii to Indiana to buy underage kids beer? If it's a crime I will get punished not the store as long as they responsibly serve alcohol. I was later explained that their discretion at Wal Mart nationwide is to enforce this policy with no exceptions, even if I talk to someone under 21 in the store. Of course I've been to Wal-Marts all over the nation and this was the first time I had ever heard of this. They also mentioned it was against the law to sell to me with anyone under 21 around me, which I have since researched and discovered it is in fact NOT the truth either or a LAW. Of course due to convenience I will undoubtedly shop again at a WalMart somewhere, but I will be sure to make the extra effort every time from here on out to avoid them as much as possible. The fact that I can no longer buy alcohol with my 16 month old daughter with me or in-laws or any family makes this an anti-family establishment who doesn't know how to use common sense when enforcing policies. I later bought beer twice during my trip in Muncie, IN. Both at a liquor store and another time at a grocery store without being scolded. They were happy to serve a 33 year old military veteran who is responsible enough to buy alcohol....like the 99.99% of stores across AMERICA do! read more

Wal-mart pick up, a joke, window was between 7-8 pm, they were late, substituted multiple items, and the first time I called to check in the clerk was extremely rude. Waited over 40 minutes for order, I should have went in and bought it myself for this kind of service. read more

This review is for the Automotive Department. I took my jeep to have the oil changed, they informed me it would be 2-2 and a half hours. I proceeded to leave and go somewhere else. As im waiting for my jeep to get finished at sears, walmart calls me to tell me my jeeps finished and it will be 50 some dollars!!! They are so unorganized, and incredibly rude. Also I should point out, there was 1 vehicle in the garage, and one outside, they told me there were several in front of me, which is not true. Again VERY unorganized. A disgrace to mechanics everywhere! read more

This Walmart is the worst one I have ever been too. I had to use the restroom and it smelled like it had not been cleaned in weeks. On multiple occasions when I have been I have been watched by workers for no other reason than my skin color. I do not feel respected in this establishment and it is also unclean and unorganized. I highly do not recommend going here. read more

It's Walmart - very large and easy to navigate nothing special - slow checkout process.

Employees aren't the nicest, especially at the Pharmacy. Also the clearance shelves in between aisles are very messy and unorganized.

This was the first time I've stepped into a Walmart Supercenter. I was really surprised that they carried groceries. Maybe I was used to the regular ol' Wal-Marts back at home. Anyways, this place has almost everything that I needed when I was in town and is by far the biggest Walmart that I've ever seen. The only downside are the cashier lanes and the parking lot because this place seems really busy. read more

Wal-Mart auto center destroyed my car during an oil change. They broke my sensor in my car and it cost me hundreds of dollars to replace and fix. I do not recommend anyone to go for any car services at Wal-Mart. The workers told me to have my car towed because it wasn't working properly and did not even offer to help or cover the expenses of the damage. read more

The only good thing about this store is the middle aged man with the long hair who works in the paint department. He's delightful. Other than him, the employees never have an answer, don't know what they are doing and when they call for managers the managers never show. Most times things are so unorganized that unless you read the upc number you'll never know the actual price. read more
