They were both so very nice and respectful, and went above and beyond what they were hired to do (a dresser was moved, only to reveal a big hole in the wall behind it. They located material to cover the hole, and installed it before they left). They did arrive in a hearse LLOL but that's just those guys - they are awesome!! :) My initial interaction with CertaPro was with Matt Gardner. Took him about 5 minutes to get the info he needed for the quote, and then we had a nice chat while he was working it up - hired them on the spot!!
