After speaking with Tom (the owner) and signing the contract I asked if they would be able to complete a few additional jobs including putting aluminum cladding on front facia to my porch, removing an attic window replacing it with an attic vent and replacing the gutters and downspouts. In addition to all that work his crew helped me in cutting down a couple of smaller trees and removed all of the debris as well as remove landscaping timber that I had removed from around a walkway.
