Second, workers did not have the carpet for the first room that was specified to be done first during measurement/sales. Workers had to drive back to Cedarburg from Hartford and back. On the next room, a pink thread was found by my mom running through the carpet. She was informed it could be a stain and they would have to try cleaning it first before determining if it was defective. Third, the next day, my mom needed to ask them to fix the carpet under the radiator in the first room before starting on a bedroom upstairs. While she was getting a different room ready since the room with pink thread wasn't going to be fixed that day, she realized she didn't hear anything and went to look. No one or any tools upstairs or in the room that was being fixed but the radiators were off. Looking outside, no vehicle and no tools in garage. THEY LEFT WITHOUT SAYING A WORD! Forth, upon repeatedly calling them to get answers, a response was given "not everything was removed from the closets". The workers even took pictures. Nice, they take pictures of a room that is not ready since you need to put things someplace while a room is done before you can shuffle things back and don't start on the room next to it that was ready to go since the day before! We were given a discount based on the issues which we accepted. Flash forward 3 years when the floor is peeling up on the edges and in the corners and cracking in areas, I reach out to the owner. It took 4 months just to get him to come look at the issues. Then after 9 months of contacting him every few weeks to try to schedule repairs, he no longer responds. Lots of excuses at all turns.
