First may I say that I was totally impressed with the young gentleman McKenzie C. as my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to chat with as we worked out the type, color, and other particulars of the work to be done and he was very helpful during the hiccups (more later). He also was the only rep of the 7 companies I interviewed that bothered to check inside the attic for any damage. McKenzie's in office counterpart Jessica A. was also very pleasant, helpful, and calm during the "hiccups". All three sub-contractors performed professionally and did a good job. As to the hiccups, there were 2-3 issues that based upon my previous background are the result of lacking required staffing levels, quality assurance, scheduling processes, and of course the most common of all communication. These hiccups resulted in delays in the materials to finish jobs, movement in the sub-contractors' scheduling, and discussions with me. My recommendation is you get any proposed schedules and any verbal agreements in writing to save yourself any aggravation. Bottom line: I am pleased with the finished product; my house looks great! I recommend them.

There had not been any weather or wind to cause this - it just happened. And it had not been that way when we he left for work in the morning. I took a photo and entered a request into Yelp asking for estimates for the roof repair. Timeless Exteriors was one of the first to respond. They were able to come to the house pretty quickly and assess the problem. It was not something that could be immediately fixed, so they promised to send an estimate the following day. As promised, we received the quote and scheduled the work. Timeless Exteriors communicated well, showed up as promised and finished the work in a timely fashion. We were charged as quoted. They did a nice job in the fix and we would hire them again. But hopefully that won't be necessary any time soon. Highly recommend.

On both jobs, the price was very fair and the job was well done. With the patio replacement, the concrete truck left big ruts in our yard due to recent heavy rains. The workers apologized and repaired the damage themselves the very next day. In addition to the concrete work, they also created a gravel pathway from the driveway to the patio. Please read this and consider it before giving them any of your money. I was on the road today…read morewhile one of their trucks passed. They hadn't cleared the roof, so an entire sheet of ice came off the truck and smashed into my car. So I did what I figured was the right thing and called them to let them know their drivers weren't clearing the trucks (which is the law in Ohio) and causing potential harm to people. I didn't ask for money. The only thing I wanted to hear was that they were sorry, they'd talk to the driver, and they wouldn't put others lives at stake to save a couple of minutes in the morning. When I called them the response of the woman I got on the phone was along the lines of "I'm not sure what you want me to do about it". She then proceed to say, well it's not the law. She also asked how they would do it. I offered the license plate number and they didn't want it. I asked for a manager and they said the manager would call me "if they had questions" I'm just absolutely in awe that their drivers are putting people's properties and lives at stake, and they won't acknowledge it, apologize, or work to fix it. If this is how they respond to something so impactful and easy to resolve, then I would hate to see how they respond when they've made a mistake on the service they provided you. If you look at the rest of the reviews, it's clear that other customers feel they do shoddy work. One review even indicates they only take cash. Seems like a good way to avoid charge backs for shoddy work. If you or anyone you know drives on 270, please don't support these people. Their incompetence may kill someone you know some day.

*warning* do not hire this guy. He wanted $600 to re-tile our bathroom as long as we grout. we had…read moreeverything up already. He said it would be a 2 day job. Him and his helper showed up. Unpacked their gear. He said he forgot his tarp at home (which was to be used to cover the furniture in the room he was working in. Told me I could go to the Dollar Tree and buy one. They have not been working an hour before he cuts his hand pretty good and has to ask me for a bandage. They also asked if I had a roll of paper towels and plastic Kroger bags. For the underboard, he used plywood which is not suppose to be used in bathrooms. There was a 1-2 inch gap between some of the boards he put down. He said I'll fill it with mortar and it will be fine. The hole around the toilet was a little big and cut badly. He said he forgot his main saw and had to use a different kind of saw. it took roughly 5-6 hours for them to lay plywood. Day two.. they show up to lay the tile. this took about 8-10 hours.. the tile he cut was very jagged and rough. we discussed him putting the toilet back on the tile because he agreed to it. His plan was to sit it on the tiles with the mortar still wet. Even he said it is not the right way and if I wanted it done right then he would have to charge us extra for him to make an extra trip to complete a job he agreed to. I expressed my frustration with his idea of cutting corners. H said he had set toilets while the mortar was wet 6 times and it was fine. We told him that we will finish it. When they were done we just wanted them gone. They left and the tiles were not even or level. My wife pulled up two pieces closet to the cabinet and they had no cement on them. The next day the guy texted my wife and apologized about the toilet and said he would come back out and do it right. He asked her to send pics of his work. She mentioned the tiles that had no cement and he immediately blamed his helper and said she would be fired. He did say it is on him since it is his company but we told him we don't need him to come back out and we were unhappy with his job. He said he made sure every fourth tiles was level. In closing, my wife hired the first available contractor she could find because a lot are booked until April. We were able to get out regular people to come out and fix his mess and they did everything from start to finish in 6 hours start to finish in 2 days including grout. I don't think Patrick intends to do a horrible job but he is a hack and has no idea what he is doing. You can Youtube any service he offers and do a better job.

I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to match the pattern for a popcorn ceiling. In addition, he painted my 1400 sq house and touched up the trim work. Lastly, he took my spare bathroom from yuck to AMAZING! Considering how many things we were asking him to do, the price was relatively reasonable. I strongly recommend this contractor. He seems to really live by his moto "get the done right the first time".
