In addition to our wedding- we had our engagement shoot done by them. I cannot believe how relaxed Joe & Kaylyn made us feel! From steaming our clothes to moving pieces of hair out of my face in between shots, these two REALLY are professionals. You don't just get a point + shoot. All of our photos came out too beautiful for words. For our wedding, I did not hire a 'Day of Coordinator' thinking it was a small enough wedding & the people involved all knew their duties. HA!! WAS I WRONG!! Kaylyn not only spent the entire day getting ready with me (while Joe was with the guys) but once the wedding was really rolling she was the one to keep us all in order with the timeline! I cannot thank Kaylyn enough- she literally came in & saved my wedding! Without her I'm pretty sure we would've forgotten to cut our cake.. or even throw the bouquet! LOL :) As far as how long it took for the photos to come back I was so thrilled to see teasers to keep me satified until the whole set came to us (which was not very long at all)! I have heard horror stories of people waiting more than 3 months! That was not the case here at all. Their bright, uplighting style really catches the eyes + pops. I honestly cannot wait for our next big adventure that will need professional photos so I can work with them again!

Jennifer made my super nervous self feel excellent and carefree throughout my entire shoot. I am a very self conscious person and she made sure to work around my inhibitions and get the best shots. She took well over 200 pictures and made the reveal process so easy for me with her patience. My session came with hair and makeup however hair wasn't needed as it can only be styled one way and make up I can't stand but gave her make up artist a chance. While I didn't like the make up (which was most likely solely my opinion because I don't ever wear make up) Jennifer made sure to tone down the make up so I was able to enjoy the pictures she took without seeing the make up I disliked. All in all I found Jennifer and her studio experience to be nothing short of amazing and I will absolutely be returning to do another shoot with her soon. 10/10 recommend you do the same!!

I already had two piercings with butterfly backs but no one mentioned there is a different kind of back now where you screw a microscopic post into a tiny hole. I had to take them out for an MRI and can't get them back in because I have paralysis in my thumbs and arthritis in my hands. I called to see if they could exchange them for the type I wanted because I can't use these and he got very defensive. He kept telling me he has a client with 4 fingers and only one hand so my disability shouldn't be a problem. If he can overcome his then surely I should overcome mine, he insisted. I felt like I was talking to a child. There was no apology for the miscommunication, no offer to try to reorder them or take them back or even issue some kind of credit. He just kept blaming me, saying I should have asked when I came in wearing butterflies and having no idea these others existed. The bottom line: They don't take an ounce of responsibility for anything and are incredibly rude to someone who spent hundreds of dollars on something she can't use. Telling me I am wrong about my disability and insisting I can pay them to teach me to do it was the icing on the cake. You don't tell a disabled person that their disability isn't real and they can do something they can't if they really wanted to. I would rather pierce my own ear with a rusty nail than set foot in this scam of a place again.
