I got my Maltese from a very wonderful rescue and he came from a terrible hoarding situation. The rescue did groom him but with so many dogs to clean up, the grooming was bare minimum. And Malteses need to be groomed regularly, or they get so tangled so I made an appointment for him. He was a little bit timid at first and I wasn't sure how he would do at the groomers. But Kathy took him out of my arms and he settled right into her. Dogs know who they can trust. He came out of there looking great and very happy. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

The staff is friendly, and my cat comes back shampooed, de-matted, and trimmed down. They're always very responsive to any specific grooming requests, and he comes back happy and unharmed, which isn't always the case with other groomers I've taken him to. The facility is small, but the price is frankly cheap for excellent work. They've also been able to get me in very quickly, and they're excellent at doing what they can to accommodate the client's needs involving dropping the pet off and picking it up.
