The resort's beach is man-made with volcanic black sand and is tiny - which is something that should have been disclosed. Our Pin Gin Beachfront Walkout room was tiny and did not walk out onto the beach - it walked out onto a sidewalk. The room advertising was extremely misleading. The travel agent was not helpful once we were dissatisfied with our room - the only option was to go to a different resort (which would've taken too much time out of our honeymoon days) or to leave early. My husband complained the resort himself and got out room moved closer to the beach (not our travel agent). We will not be using your services again. We were very clear with the travel agent what we wanted in our honeymoon - and our trip was quite the opposite of the experience we expected on our most important vacation in our lives.

We discovered the price did decrease more than a thousand dollars p/p (We discovered this on our own; we were not notified by the company.), but iCruise refused to honor it. They implied we would lose our "large" cabin if we did so and get a less than ideal location on the ship if we got the lower price. As it turned out, our cabin, for which we'd paid an extra $50 p/p, was the smallest, not largest, on the ship.
