My biggest complaint was that we had until 10am to check out but at 8am with no knock or warning whatsoever the maid service came into our room. Scared me to death. And then had to ask if I wanted them to leave. Needless to say I complained when we checked out and was assured that management would be in touch to resolve our issue. Guess what - a month and a half later and no contact from them. DO NOT STAY HERE $300+ for one night is no bargain whatsoever.

The personal service was amazing. The hotels were great. The places we were taken were so authentic. We had dinners in farm houses, villas, seaside, etc. So much food and wine we could not believe it and all wonderful. The day trips were beyond belief, all with local guides. Their tag line "tours for people who don't like tours" fits it perfectly. The main tour guides Alessandro and Mikaela were professional, knowledgeable and FUN. The location cannot be beat - directly across the street from the ocean and a 15 minute walk from Mizner Park. The staff was friendly and they have beach toys and umbrellas that you can take with you to the beach. The room was HUGE! If you wanted to stay for a week, you would be fine in the room, which came with a sitting area, a mini kitchen (fridge, cooktop, microwave and toaster oven). The room was quiet. They had a nice little sitting area adjacent to the pool for breakfast in the AM; so relaxing to sit and sip coffee there. The pool was very clean and heated. All in all, a lovely break!
