After my initial appointment for a breast reduction and a tummy tuck, I was enthusiastic about proceeding with the surgery. Despite this, during my pre-op appointment, I was informed that my BMI was too high, which I believe should have been communicated to me at the very beginning. I scheduled my surgery date and paid in full, assuming everything was in order. Following your request, I allowed you to keep my cash payment while I worked on my weight loss. Now that my insurance will cover the procedure, I requested my refund for the cash payment in the first week of May 2025. However, it's been 45 days, and I still haven't received my money. You've given me multiple excuses: first, you couldn't find my $20,000 payment despite me providing the receipt; second, the person responsible for authorizing payments is out of town; and third, the individual who signs checks is also unavailable. This is unacceptable. I need my refund processed immediately. I can no longer accept a check; I require the funds to be wired to me or for me to pick up the cash in person, as that is how I initially paid. Please respond promptly with a resolution. My patience has worn thin, and I expect this matter to be resolved without further delay.

She gave me multiple versions of how to work on the problems, most expensive to least. I opted for the least expensive fixes for a while. As my years around the sun progressed, I decided it was time to get serious about improving my skin. Which is when Anxhelina entered the picture. So, Anxhelina has that flawless porcelain skin that we all strive for and she does not gatekeep. She calls it like she sees it and will give you all the tips on how to get results. We started with IPL. My first IPLs hurt like hell but were high effective. Went back for follow up IPL and disaster struck. I ended up with stripes. Not a good look. It was horrifying, but between Anxhelina and Dr. George, they strategized a plan and gradually fixed the problem. No charge to me. After that experience, I mentioned that I really wanted to shift over to the Moxi laser, which is different than IPL, but I couldn't find a local practitioner who offered it. A month or so later -- boom! They had it. It is amazing, by the way. Worth every penny. It was around this time that I realized I had found my people. And that's my general feeling about AW Medspa. These are my people. They get me. They understand what I'm trying to accomplish, and they are here for it. Of course there are always times when I don't have the cash flow for something, but I never get any pressure or condemnation from them. They have a tiered membership program that offers different discounts which is really helpful if you're looking for multiple procedures, or are in that place where you're getting serious about combatting sun damage and wrinkles. I'm typically visiting the office once every 4-6 weeks getting a facial or Moxi, and all told, I'm sure my face looks so much better than it would have had I not gone for that first lip flip. But just before she left, I heard her ask the counselor if she was taking up her time because someone else came in (meaning me.) The counselor said no one else is here, even though I was sitting in the room with the door closed. Just then, someone else came in and the same counselor took that other woman into the next room and started speaking to her, all the while I'm still waiting to speak to someone for my 1:30 PM appointment. My appointment was for 1:30 PM. Not for 1:50 PM or after she saw the second person. I called to check on the time because my time is important and I felt like my time was not important enough to this clinic and it made me feel like a number. It seems like they are overscheduled and I just left at 1:50 after I was still sitting in the room, waiting. No one called to apologize or ask me what happened.
