They file insurance claims late, fail to bill patients for services and then make harassing calls for payment over the phone. They are very unfriendly - from the closed window in the waiting room to scheduling the next appt. Upon finding another Dr, I found out 3 people I know had the exact same issue with Dr Lieber and staff and had also moved to another Dr. I only wish I had known that before I changed to this practice.

I left dr Walmer's office feeling finally someone who actually listens. With his diagnosis I was able to get the help I needed with the correct medications. I have been seeing Christina Zimmerman was almost as long as I have been going to EVIM. She is easy to talk to, explains things in laymans terms and takes the time I need. I never feel rushed. I like the idea that I can get bloodwork done in the office or go to a facility closer to my home. Also being able to get a bone scan right in the office is ideal. My experience at this facility has always been professional and courteous with all staff.
