This is the most despicable practice I have ever been to. I used to see Dr. Hackenyos who passed away unfortunately a couple of years back. I loved him. So I went for my first annual physical since he passed. Saw a Physician's Assistant. She was nice but did nothing special other than review my bloodwork, which I had already reviewed as well. Everything was normal outside of my cholesterol, which was 103 versus a normal range of 65-100...so slightly above normal, but by the PA's words, nothing to be concerned with. Got the bill and Medicare covered the annual physical. however there was an additional $176 cost that Medicare did NOT cover. It was coded as an "extended visit". I was there 20 minutes and we discussed my bloodwork. That was it. I called the office and told them I would not pay for a service that was not provided. The office (Debbie Carlon) said they would send me to collections and charge me $40. I said "Go for it". Shortly thereafter I noticed four (4) additional charges of $50, once per month, coded as "Chronic Care" that had also been submitted to Medicare. I emailed Debbie and she responded with a copy of this financial agreement (attached) that I had to sign in order to be seen by the PA for my annual physical. Like most people, I didn't read it thoroughly as I believed it was typical language about my financial responsibilities to pay on time. However, you will notice the last paragraph (highlighted) which indicates that I agree to be charged every month (no pricing provided) for Chronic care. Turns out they charge medicare $50 every month even though they don't see nor speak to me. This is an immoral practice that accepts medicare but because medicare doesn't pay as much as most insurance providers, looks for ways to scam the system. Look for an ethical medical practice as this one is not.

Some office staff are not friendly and hang up on you when frustrated. PA Kelsey is great. The office staff is destroying the business

The office has gotten very busy over the years but he, and all the PAs there, take their time.

***Do Not Come Here***…read more After reading other reviews, I'm highly upset that I did not read them sooner! Staff is rude and unprofessional. Finally meet the doctor after sitting for an hour past my appointment time, waiting for her. After a half-done exam of my issue, she didn't offer anything to help. No icepack, no splint, no Tylenol, no advice on how to care for the injury....NOTHING! All she tells me is "go get a blood test and we will "try" and call you back later this month". This place needs to be closed down!!! What's the point of coming to a "doctors office" if the doctor doesn't know what his/he is doing?! I literally sat in front of the "doctor" and googled things to help with the injury. And her response to each suggestion from Google, "o yeah, let's try that". She should be embarrassed and get medical license should be taken away immediately.

The Doctor has been very supportive and professional. I moved here just before the pandemic and we…read morewere able to meet online to discuss my needs. The online appointment was very comfortable and she listened and addressed my concerns. We ordered a full blood work up and in the following weeks made some medication changes. Followed up after a few months and we were both happy with the outcome - created a plan to move forward - and have met a few times online (as I am not going anywhere during COVID). She has been very accommodating and easy to work with and talk to - explaining why things work the way they do - and repeating as necessary. She does not seem to be a "symptom fixing" doctor, but a "problem solving" one. Meaning, she wants to heal the issues - not just throw another pill at it. I appreciate that approach.

I will not be returning to this facility and have asked that my appointment be canceled…read more My experience was extremely disappointing. During my visit, I felt that my questions were not being adequately answered, and I received very little information about my condition or treatment options. The appointment only lasted longer because I repeatedly had to ask follow-up questions to get basic information that should have been explained from the start. What was even more frustrating was being labeled as "disrespectful" after I referred to the physician as "Dr. Megan." I had already apologized and explained that I did not know how to pronounce her last name. When a patient openly says they are unsure how to pronounce a provider's name, a professional front office should simply assist with the correct pronunciation rather than treat it as a sign of disrespect. I was also surprised by the suggestion that I should seek advice from a nurse practitioner elsewhere and by the implication that the office had done me a favor by urgently fitting me into the schedule. Patients should not be made to feel indebted for receiving medical care, especially when they leave with unanswered questions and concerns. Overall, I felt dismissed rather than heard. A patient expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of communication should not be treated as a problem. Unfortunately, this experience left me with zero confidence in the practice, and I am relieved that I will not be returning
